Five star
There are a huge number of bugs and they add new bugs all the time while neglecting to fix the old ones. I have been cursed to use this app by a string of organizations over the past 14 years and I can confidently say that the people in charge of this product are incompetent. Latest update turns on Copilot by default, which is very strange for a workplace productivity app, since according to Microsoft, Copilot is for entertainment only. Why would they push a glorified gaming app in my face while I'm trying to read and write work emails? If I were head of IT for my org, I would be moving swiftly to find an alternate email platform. Microsoft is not reliable like it used to be.
This is really getting old. MS outlook has turned on copilot without my permission twice in 24 hours. My business will be raising an official defect report on this matter. I’d give it zero stars but ep class won’t let me.
Exceptional Application and awesome performance.
Fine
Forced me to make a passkey that when didn’t want to and wouldn’t let me sign in with my school email even though thats the only reason I downloaded this app
No matter how often I turn off Copilot, the Copilot button keep returning
I can only turn off copilot so many times before it is auto added without my permission, over and over again. I can’t stand this application and it is no longer going to be on my phone.
Very pleased with nearly all things about the outlook except for two crucial shortcomings. [1] The search function lacks many of the limiters that would make it more useful. Difficult to choose between searching messages from a sender to me, vs from me to a recipient. Difficult to search only in one selected folder. Difficult to search only in deleted items or only in sent items, for instance. Why must searching in the iOS app be so primitive compared to the desktop app? Has been like this for many years. [2] most annoying of all, no matter how many times I toggle to TURN OFF Copilot, the app always reverts to the on position. Does Microsoft not trust users to make their own choice about this? Are they forcing the feature on us just to expand their dataset? Whatever the reason, it does not instill trust in the company. They should be better …
Microsoft keeps shoving AI Copilots down our throats. I used to rely on M365 apps like Outlook and recommend them. Now I hate them with a passion because every week they push a new AI feature that is difficult or impossible to turn off. The latest of these abominations is "Wrap up your day" which invites you to chat with Copilot about your private email and calendar data EVEN WHEN COPILOT IS EXPLICITLY DISABLED! AI features MUST BE OPT IN! If not, I will switch apps like I'm doing now with Outlook after decades of use.
I like outlook mobile. It’s way handier than other options!
Organizada y fácil de usar
The Microsoft Outlook App is very convenient between using the App and Outlook on a Laptop. The only recent problem that I encountered is updating my Microsoft iCloud on my laptop using my iPhone cellphone number for iCloud verification, and somehow Microsoft Outlook swooped up my iPhone contacts in the process, without confirming the action first, creating a big mess. When I attempted to correct and undo the problem, Microsoft Outlook deleted several of my iPhone contacts, without giving me an option to keep them, unfortunately.
Outlook is a really efficient email app, I’m able to organize my emails and also create settings that use finger motions to immediately mark an email as read or flag it.
I now have all my small business emails at my fingertips. My appointments and files accessible regardless of my device. It’s so convenient.
Simply the best and easy to use!!
Need to fix screening feature. Great I can screen but often there is an error stating “failed to block sender” and then you are stuck. Also using this feature seems to confuse the unread email count, somehow still counting the blocked ones - not really sure but filtering by unread shows no emails and count then disappears, confusing. I still say Microsoft need AI to help block all this spam.
Awesome
Don’t give me “3 things to do” I have plenty of stuff to do
Amazing app
