Microsoft Outlook

I hate that I have to use this terrible app because of my job. The AI copilot keeps turning itself back on! I’m constantly having to go into my settings and re-switching the stupid thing OFF. They really want to read all my emails and data and steal even more money from the world. Also Bill Gates is awful.

I would like to see the app seperate so we can have email and calendar open at the same time separately on iPhone. Calendar also needs to have a dedicated inbox for invites/changes just like Apple Calendar, and allow calendar invite subject line edits like classic Outlook on Windows. Email needs to add email thread notifications so all email notifications can be turned off except for important threads alerts or favorites contacts like Apple Mail, and email also needs option to mark up and fill out PDF’s just like Apple Mail and Microsoft Edge has built in.

From a high-level, it's an email client, which it does successfully for the most part. My complaint is the reoccurring infection of Copilot that keeps turning back on after you turn it off. The forced Copilot integration feels more like Malware than a feature...

Works smooth and dual authentication integrates nicely, as with all of Microsoft’s products. They continue to add updates of other leading email softwares, like predicting text. The integration of co-pilot is actually pretty clean in the mobile app, even better than on desktop

Please disable copilot. Each time you upgrade the app, each month or more - you re enable copilot which is huge inconvenience. Even after I disable copilot, it keeps turning itself on. Please please please kill or disable copilot. I don’t want it

Every time outlook update it turns on copilot. This behavior will get you 1 star rating until updates respect my choice to not enable it.

For the most part the app works well. It has a few small issues such as the new mail count in the red badge never being accurate. The real deal breaker is that no matter how many times I turn it off, outlook keeps turning back on Copilot. I don’t want AI slop in any way, shape, or form.

Microslop Outlook has the worst search function of any email app available, and Microslop keeps turning Copilot back on after every time you manually turn it off.

Horrible app. Have to use it for work or I wouldn’t go anywhere near it. Copilot turns itself back on constantly. Quit trying to force you horrible software on people who don’t want anything to do with it!

The lack of options to save files to connected clouds or send to other apps is extremely annoying. Only option I have is to copy a file, print it, or save it 1 one folder on my phone.

The send button is a pretty important button on an email app. The wonderful Microsoft copilot button prevents me from sending emails because it’s in the way of the sand button. Could you please improve your trash software and get rid of this garbage AI so I can actually use the app for its intended function? Thanks

Well organized, customizable works fast. Happy with this app.

I like everything about Outlook except its people function. People seem to get lost in the different accounts. I do a search one way and I find the person I want - I search another way and no. After. a decade of use, the easy way to use People has not appeared. Making groups is hard, distinguishing between the different types, is all very confusing and does not seem to work the same way from effort to effort.

Every other day copilot keeps reenabling itself and I keep turning it back off. Looking for another email app now, just sick of the nonsense.

I can find an email using the term search on the desktop, on mobile, no. Don’t hold your breath, the same search, same search term that had results on the desktop has 0 results on the app.
