After updating the app on my new iPhone, I am unable to look at the menu AND reward point menu.

You would think for a multi billion dollar company they would have an app that works well. It is incredibly slow (it’s not my service because all my other apps work great - just McDonald’s is slow). The app crashes out all the time and my app is updated.

Of all the food apps, McDonald's is the best. Keep up the good work!

I really wish I could add a water as a drink..I am only able to drink so many things from here. If I order food then pull up and ask for a water they make it so hard. Like I’m willing to pay I just want a water and not a water bottle.

My favorite is to get a quarter pounder with cheese, 10pc nugget, and doctor pepper. It always hits the spot. Taste and quality, plus cheap price is mwah, chefs kiss.

I am seething. Why in the world would y’all have the app automatically cancel any breakfast online order after breakfast ends, even when the order was placed 10 minutes before breakfast ended.

McDonald’s insists on accessing Location Services on my phone so they can see every where I go and for what? A deal that’s not worth but pennies to them. I don’t feel safe with letting them do this. Having this happen before where I had to constantly be vigilant against people who would harm me, I cannot allow anyone to track me like that.

This app has great deals. The 1.50 breakfast sandwich is my favourite and I order one pretty often. The problem is that the app is SOOOOO slow. I’m not sure if it’s just poorly optimised or what, but If you want to use a deal then you need to have it ready or else you’ll just be in an awkward staring period with the cashier while you wait for your deal to load. Sucks because I hate to feel like I’m holding up the line. Sometimes I’ll get so frustrated with the deals I decide it’s not worth it and just skip out entirely. Would be 5 stars if the app would just work.

Even with the most recent update the app runs super slow and then giving me pop up adds when i open the app while in the drive through is super inconvienient.

This morning I was trying to order my breakfast on the McDonald’s App like every morning.. when a pop up appeared stating to Update the app. After updating the app I tried placing my order but when doing so I received a “transaction error” pop up. I thought no big deal of it till I saw that the transaction went through and charged my card. NOW IM STUCK TRYING TO CONTACT MCDONALDS HR, AND MY BANK SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. OFC MCDONALDS MAKES IT HARD TO FIND THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION MAKING IT EVEN MORE WONDERFUL!

Long story short, sure the new sparkly user interface has animations but they're laggy. The app does not run as well as before the changes. And the redesign of the rewards and deals section is disorienting. Please revert to the it was, the current app causes pain

Can we stop with the ads or disable them? Irritating as heck to open the app and be met with 30 seconds of lag. Taco Bell has the ads but it doesn’t lag. Even when the X works instantly it still lags the app for 30 seconds while the floating M’s fill my screen. I literally just want to use the app to place an order or use a coupon. Other than that quality of life issue, the app is great when it works properly.

I don’t like curbside pickup you can’t order until you are in front of the stall, they need to do it like walmart ya place your order for comfort then you come and put bay # then your off to go and not just still sit wait and place the order

App is easy to use, accurate and ready when they say it’s gonna be ready.

Being able to only use 1 reward at a time is ridiculous.

Downloaded it installed it. It doesn’t work keeps asking for an email email it freezes. It doesn’t allow you to order. Takes you back to your email horrible.
