The app literally keeps glitching says codes been used already then it says that you can’t select something else even when we use the points it does the same thing

I’m having a problem with rewards over 6,000 & can’t redeem them? Wish there was an easier contact?

The slowest app Ive ever seen

Recently after the app update it keeps logging me out and then takes forever to log in and I have to login several times before it actually logs me in. Then when I did log in I LOST like 12000 points!! Super sad about that! I use the app almost every day.

FIX THIS!!! McDonald’s! This is the worst app I’ve ever installed on my iPhone! 1. The Front Page layout is stupid! 2. It takes 5~10 seconds to load every time I open it, and each button I pressed takes a sec or two to move to the next screen. 3. WAY TOO MANY STEPS TO TAKE TO ORDER JUST ONE ITEM!!! Can you at least add a “Favorite Items” section on the Home Screen for quick reorders to shortcut the whole process!!? Really bad experience using the McDonald’s app!

This has been an issue for well over a year. Every time it prompts for the curbside parking number, the app glitches, refreshes, and freezes. You have to force close and reload at least twice to get it to accept the prompt. You’d think a multi billion dollar company could fix this long standing bug but apparently not. As dedicated to making sure their app functions as their CEO is to taking an actual bite of their food.

I hate this app. There is always an issue. Today I wanted to use a deal for a $2 breakfast sandwich, which you are allowed to use once a day. It said that I needed to wait 15 minutes to use the deal because I had used the deal recently. I used the deal literally 4 days ago. The app says you can use it once daily. It’s literally always something with this app

This app is so frustrating. It constantly logs me out because I refuse to enable tracking. It even says if I enable tracing it will keep me logged in. So literally you are going to deliberately make my life more difficult just because I refuse to let you track me? Dumb.

I love McDonald’s it’s so good definitely eat her and the drinks are great and it’s so good it’s so good for any time

nonfunctional without 24/7 precise location access. Only way to circumvent this and allow location while only using app is to delete and reinstall every use.

The app is great when it works but I noticed it takes a long time to load the app.

Downloaded it installed it. It doesn’t work keeps asking for an email email it freezes. It doesn’t allow you to order. Takes you back to your email horrible.
