However don’t like how you can’t combine the points you EARNED with the DEALS

I always get my food the way I ordered, employees are always nice to me. I prefer to use the app so I get points and also is quicker to get my food.

The app is slow and laggy. I tried everything but it just is very slow.

Everytime I try to use the app it is slow and likes to freeze up. I do like how easy and fast it is to order however the freezing up on me is inconvenient.

Lindsey is the absolute best every time we come in here she goes out of her way to make sure that we are taken care of. We sure appreciate her and everything she does. Thank you for your good work. You are the best

I submitted a complaint on how my mcdonald’s app wasn’t working I wasn’t able to login after this. I followed the steps that they sent, and it still didn’t work. After that I spoke to a lady from there customer support and this was terrible. She was rude and wouldn’t help me. She told me that i couldn’t speak to a supervisor after talking to me. She affectively hung up and then some random guy was on the call after i waited like 1 min with no one on the line with me.

This app is TERRIBLE!! it’s slow, inconsistent, and barley works. And that’s on WiFi. Outside of WiFi the app is basically not usable. If I could give it 0 stars I would. This app SUCKS

All these points and I can only get one thing/deal. You get more points than you can spend them. It’s great for one person, but when you have more then 2 people eating the points just collect and you only can spend the more 5k. Why can we just have 3 items from the reward system. I don’t want 100 free burgers, but atleast give us more then one out of the 12 choices (this is including deals)

App had been pretty solid up until 2 weeks ago. It signed me out for some reason. Would not allow me to sign back in using usual login info. I contacted McD on 2 occassions regarding this and I never received any answer, feedback or even a case #. I had been using the app and the restaurant on a decent number of occassions and had accumulated well over 10,000 reward points - which I would definitely use when I had the chance. Everything was erased. Gone. Thanks McDoo. Or rather McDon’t. Hello Wendy’s!!

I seem to always be having a problem with this app. Right now my problem is, I have over 7000 points yet all my rewards are showing as “unavailable”. For a billion dollar company, nothing ever seems to work right.

Easy, cheaper than in store, and great rewards program!

App constantly logs my account out and completely resets my info. Not only is this really annoying every time I want to use the app but it makes the points and rewards system completely meaningless when it just resets it to zero. All this for imitation human flesh is pretty ridiculous from a billion dollar company. This is a problem I’ve had for a couple years and this is probably the only review I’ve ever left for an app. I get that it’s fast food but when fry’s cost nearly $5 near me you’d think they could at least put the money anywhere into the actual business other than hamstringing their franchisees

Takes deals away if you use them often. Compared my phone to a friends and they’d have different deals. Very targeted and does not actually reward you for going there with your business and getting the thing you like most. Not to mention it doesn’t matter how far in advance you order, the order is never ready.
