like yes u need to purchase to get points but if u have the app ur already buying stuff anyway and those points add up plus you get exclusive deals without needing to purchase at all

App is easy and convenient to use.

As long as you keep checking on the the McDs you want, always try’s to send me to the store I just passed

App is always glitchy. Makes it annoying to order lunch real quick. I never get to use my points because the glitches just make me want to not use the app at all

The app product manager or whoever is responsible for this version should be fired immediately. Why? Try to order some 10 piece chicken nuggets, see how long would it take for you to find it.

After you earn 1 time your reward they will delete your account

As a loyal customer for many years, I would like to share my feedback regarding the app, which I believe has seen minimal improvements over time. I am using the latest iPhone, and I have encountered several issues that I hope can be addressed: 1. The drink and size options are listed separately, which can be quite confusing. For instance, having three different choices for Dr Pepper for each size leads to excessive scrolling. 2. Logging in with my Apple Account often requires me to attempt the login twice, as I encounter a failure notification on the first attempt. This issue persists even after reinstalling the app. 3. The app's performance is noticeably slow, and I have encountered numerous bugs during various actions. 4. The promotional deals appear stagnant and have been unchanged for several months. Introducing new or rotating deals would be greatly appreciated. 5. I am unable to use points earned in combination with a deal, yet I can use my points on a new order independently, which is puzzling. 6. I frequently receive numerous prompts upon opening the app, including repeated requests to select a location that I have already indicated when adding items. I believe that adopting a design and user interface similar to what is offered by competitors, such as Chick-fil-A, could significantly enhance the user experience. I sincerely hope that my feedback is helpful as you consider future updates.

The service here is excellent! Jack was so friendly and helpful with me ordering on the app. Juana, the manager is super friendly and kind too! Thank you again Jack and Juana we’re going above and beyond!

I've complained before about this but the devs never respond. I waste more time using the app because of having to login every time I open it than waiting for the counter ghosts working in the restaurant. Get it together guys

I love the McDonald’s app and deals & rewards section!!! So many amazing rewards and deals, i wish there was more. The breakfast bagels are AMAZING, although pricey. I wish there was more $1-2 items especially in times like these.

The app doesn’t work anymore and I can’t access my points

This app stinks. It takes forever for to load. I tried ordering chicken strips. I didn’t want sauce but even after choosing no sauce it wouldn’t let me add it to the cart until I chose 2 sauces. I could go on and on.

Different problems every day

All I want to do is place an order, pay then pick up. App does not allow this. I need some sort of account with apple, google, email etc. none of these things work. Very sorry app.

App had been pretty solid up until 2 weeks ago. It signed me out for some reason. Would not allow me to sign back in using usual login info. I contacted McD on 2 occassions regarding this and I never received any answer, feedback or even a case #. I had been using the app and the restaurant on a decent number of occassions and had accumulated well over 10,000 reward points - which I would definitely use when I had the chance. Everything was erased. Gone. Thanks McDoo. Or rather McDon’t. Hello Wendy’s!!
