In the app you can only order 6” but won’t allow me to order a footlong which is crazy

Everytime I open it I get logged out and when I reset my phone I have to reenter everything to login it’s laggy and it randomly resets itself or freezes on one screen and at times if an item is unavailable it freezes and doesn’t let me change anything in my bag.

Your password recovery process doesn’t work. Now u have 3 separate subway accounts

Don’t use this app. I placed an order on the app and it said “Thank you for your order”. I checked back into the app a minute or two later to see what time my order would be ready and the order is completely gone….I called the correct store and asked if they got my order and they said no, but the money is clearly taken out of my account and now I will have to dispute the charge because this app didn’t send them order in but took my money….

Literally lost all my rewards with the update that’s not acceptable for loyal customers

Impossible to login

I had received my free forth sub and was just about to go and use it, as of April 1st they did away with it and took my free sub away! What a rip off they should have allowed the people who earned it to get it! STUPID COMPANY going out of business so bad cant keep anything straight.

Love it love it love it

Every time I try to log in it sends me a verification email and doesn’t let me type it in so I can’t log in to get points and if I checkout as a guest it also won’t let me because it defaults the date to a previous day and then will not let me change it. By far the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.

The app never works whenever i try and sign in it always says we have a problem please contact guest support. It’s just not worth the trouble I do not recommend it at all

The rewards/deals never work. 30% off any sub.. I order a sub and get “this discount cannot be applied.” Every. Single. Time. For every “deal”.

No matter what I do from deleting and reinstalling the app signing in signing back out signing in again anytime I try to place a mobile order it immediately cancels it it doesn’t matter what subway I’m trying to send it to around me it makes me not want to support any subway whatsoever

Every time i do an online order they don’t have an item and have to refund it. Well today i used what little i had and the lady made us get refund and now we have to wait to eat

I have a horrible experience 9-10 with this app. Glitches, NO refunds for MISSING ITEMS U PAY FOR. No way to get any real help. Ever. Guess I will just start paying $6 more and use DoorDash directly from now on

Need to be able to create your own sandwich

This app is the worst restaurant ordering app out there. It barely works, lags horribly, glitches and refuses to take my payment. You would think they would have fixed these issues after a year but I guess not. McD’s app is much better.
