Ordering online was quick and easy

Use multiple food apps this one is impossible to rest password “enter confirmation number below” no where to enter it. Want a sub hope you only want breakfast sub or three recommended cause that’s all you can see! Trash

Even the people who work at the local store says this app sucks! Cannot do a double payment (ie gift card & venmo). Rather than telling me that, the app put a hold on the venmo portion of payment and the order never went thru. I had to go to the store to use the gift card? Venmo is holding my funds hostage for 10 days on the failed order. I think I hear JJohns calling now!

Just set up the app, with password and all, then it won’t let me sign in.

Tried to order a sandwich. Money came out of my bank account but the app crashed as soon as I hit pay and the store never got the order. Complete waste of my time and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Subway is a worthless company and when they go out of business I won’t miss them

App never loads changed my password and still says it’s invalid

I’ve not been able to sign in to your app for over a week due to constant login errors I wasn’t getting before. Even this latest update didn’t fix it. Please address this soon.

Seems weird for an app from a place as big as subway to suffer from issues where you order something, it charges your card, then acts like your order never existed. An employee said the issue was pervasive. Maybe just walk in and order your food or use a food delivery app instead until they can do some actual testing.

Just found out that subway removed the sub stamp system.They used to give 1 feee footlong for every 3 footlong purchase and now they don’t.

Now that I’ve updated it, the app no longer works.

Subway has made it so that you can’t request a refund, call a location, or speak to anyone. They just take your money. The app has no customer support at all. Just don’t bother.

Sandwiches default to toppings and you have to physically remove items. This is a pain. And the restaurants won’t remake it.

CAUTION: this app is terrible and unfortunately you have to learn that after trying to trouble shoot . Will take money from your account but won’t send the order to the store and you’ll be there waiting and the employees can’t help as it’s the apps fault. DO NOT USE THE APP JUST GO IN AND ORDER OR USE DOORSASH THIS APP IS TERRIBLE AS SAID BY THE VAST MAJORITY OF REAL PEOPLE

The app is very buggy and will often be unable to complete charges. It has great deals but you won’t be able to order from them with the amount of bugs. I’ve ordered on the app 4 times recently and it only truly went through once. Then I go to the store and they don’t have it and I’m out of time.

They fixed the app, and briefly went back to the stamp system that everybody liked, where 4 footlongs would earn you a free sub. Then they took it all away, and went back to a “reward” system that nobody wanted — now you have to spend $40 before they give you a $2 “reward”. Thats trash. Also, I had just earned a free sub with the stamps, and now that’s gone too. Subway had briefly launched upward on my fast food rankings, and now I’m back to only ordering there when there’s a really good offer.
