Hire real people literally wtf
It’s the best
fix your app, lagy and glitchy.
The app no longer lets you customize having extra meats or other things anymore. I have to order at the store to get the sandwich I normally want.
Just set up the app, with password and all, then it won’t let me sign in.

How many updates does a corporate sandwich app really need? Almost EVERY TIME I want to order subway I need to update the app first. ITS ON VERSION 30.21.2 DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY UPDATES THAT IS??? The app is already slow, now you’re adding an extra step that changes practically NOTHING. The app is basically a web page, just tidied up for mobile devices. UPDATE IT LESS FREQUENTLY OR AT LEAST DONT MAKE EVERY. SINGLE. UPDATE. MANDATORY.
The app is constantly glitching. Yesterday I tried placing an order for curbside pickup. My Apple Pay went through and everything. When I arrived to the store, I tried to go into the app to notify the store that I was outside but the app was glitching so terribly to where it made it seem as if I never placed an order. The app advised me to sign out and sign back in; I did so, and still nothing. I went inside the restaurant to ask the cashier if my order went through, and he notified me that it did not. I was still charged for an order that I did not receive. Subway has no type of customer service number to where I can speak to a human being to see what could be done about this issue. This is not the first time this has happened. The app glitches so terribly and the website is even worse. Subway, please fix your app.
This app is terrible. I have not been able to order using it for several years and have almost stopped going to Subway altogether
Almost every week there’s a new update for this app and it’s ridiculous
Use multiple food apps this one is impossible to rest password “enter confirmation number below” no where to enter it. Want a sub hope you only want breakfast sub or three recommended cause that’s all you can see! Trash

Tried to order a sandwich. Money came out of my bank account but the app crashed as soon as I hit pay and the store never got the order. Complete waste of my time and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Subway is a worthless company and when they go out of business I won’t miss them
My son texted my order in to my town from his town New Orleans! 1500 miles away snd my order was ready to pick up in 15 minutes! Amazing!

Since the new manager took over the Phelan branch it’s been so much friendlier and the employees make me feel so welcome.
Ordered on app, sent to store to pickup and they have no record of order. Card charged and will not honor rewards in app to reorder at store….noone can refund my card, no cust service number…what a waste of time. lost me as a customer!
