They literally just allow people to take from you on their platform! They don’t have any plans on ever taking accountability for how the cards that you cancel can still be used by ANYONE if it was leaked on the dark web !! They have denied every single dispute I’ve ever made which hasn’t been that many !! Even with proof they don’t give you your money back

I love chime it’s convenient for me . The app is great and easy to understand.

Update: I would refer more people if it didn’t shown my name on the sign up page. I go by my nickname and don’t tell anyone but close friends my name. Allow more mailing addresses. I travel all over the country and I would prefer to have multiple mailing addresses to easily click the saved mailing address that I’m currently at to have anything mailed. Update: Chime recognizes Coinbase DEBIT card as a gift card/prepaid card. Fix this. It’s a debit card. Allow VISA/Mastercard gift cards (prepaid cards) to transfer funds into Chime account. That would set you apart and make life so much easier. People give these gift cards and many establishments don’t accept them.

Calculations are off sometimes, too many app changes for the worst. Chime attracted costumers with good promotions in the beginning. Now it just feels like a money game. Mypay now takes any money that enters your account. It use to be paid back when you received your deposit.Now they’re just money hungry they took my last $20 dollars in my account and then lock my mypay. I feel bad for people needing to pay bills or get food for their family and they just take any money that comes into your account and then locks your mypay until payday. I can for see a lawsuit soon. Bc imagine needed to buy milk for your family and you’re headed to the store and your robbed by your own bank until payday

Ive Used Chime Banking since 2019 and in 2026 ( 7 Years Later ) I’m still here!. Honestly nothing to complain about it , pretty Straightforward, i get paid on Wednesday every week but also depending on how responsible your Payroll personal is but Chime has never Failed, app is also pretty simple and looks nice and modern. Oh and with Credit Builder, my Credit had gone up 79 points in less than 6 months. Pretty Good bank in my opinion.

Chime has been a wonderful addition to my income. From the extra help to the early deposits.

Not only will places not accept the card as a form of payment, but now because I had to order a new card they won’t allow me to transfer MY money to MY actual checking account. Absolutely unacceptable for any form of a financial institution.

Love being robbed. If you accidentally send money to the wrong person, and they claim it, you apparently willingly stole from yourself. I just lost $220 and I’m about ready to change my banking app. Tired of issues. Tired of everything. Won’t be the first or last time someone commits suicide over money problems.

Chime worked great in the beginning, I thought that was it , and boy was I wrong Chime has help me so much I promise this card has changed my life !!!

even though I’m on the app, the app thinks I’m on a web browser? So I can’t do things on the app that you would on a NORMAL banking app. For example, I want to transfer money to a friend, who is also a chime member, but I CANT because, despite being on the chime app, it keeps telling me that in order to transfer money, I should log into the chime app…. And I’ve been getting my paycheck deposited into this account but if the mobile app is non functional what is actually the point? Oh! And you will not get your paycheck two days earlier if you get direct deposit. Just lies on lies. I will change my direct deposit simply because the app is faulty and I can’t make a simple transfer right now. I’ve also updated the app, so I really don’t understand. Also I tried to chat with someone through the app… but it’s telling me I need to download the app to chat with someone. FIX IT. These issues have been going on for over a month (when I first looked into this account).

Love chime! But chime prime is kind of useless if you are living overseas like Thailand.

While it all started well and it seemed like an awesome bank. Two people close to me have had large fraudulent/ unauthorized charges on their accounts, and Chime does nothing. At most banks, you can dispute it and get your money back. One instance Chime kept the money even though the purchase was outside the state, 14 hours away, a police report was submitted, and she was working during the purchase with a provided time card. Chime also expects you to do all the work to get your money back while they sit back. They tell you to do something to get your money back like call this place and that place. But nothing is ever enough they will keep your money.
