Chime® – Mobile Banking

They stole $45 from me and caused my internet bill I paid to decline. They claimed the $45 was pending was the reason and it would credit to my account when posted. Well, it just posted and I have $0.52 and was told today that it was also successfully accepted????? I had a little over $12 left in the account when I went to sleep that night I paid my $86 bill. I wake up and the bill is declined and I only have $5!!!! Where’s my money Chime? I have screenshots from your agents telling me that the $45 would be credited to my account when posted. You lied to me and took my money while I’m struggling pretty bad at the moment. Shame on you, I hope you sleep well knowing you’re theiving from the less fortunate.

Chime has been wonderful to use. Everything is quick and easy and I have received multiple perks over the years. I recommend to all.

So I have had multiple banking institutions and none of them have been so easy and hassle free as Chime banking, simple and easy method to send money, no issues with missing payments or deposits. Just makes it easier to focus on other important things instead of worrying about fees, fraudulent transactions, I highly recommend

I wrote a whole long review and it didn’t save and I’m not about to try to recreate it. Suffice it to say this app is not what it claims to be. I have good credit that took me years to build up after recovering from terrible credit. When I opened a chime account stupidly thinking it was just another banking app (as the name implies), I found out it’s not that. My credit score dropped 30 points because they opened a line of credit with no actual credit for me. I didn’t ask for that. I was just trying to get money from a friend who uses this app and thought it would be similar to PayPal or cashapp. I was wrong. So I tried to close the account only to realize that would be bad for my credit too. Good joke, chime. Screw me from both ends. Thanks a lot. Instead I just deleted the app. Now I have to wait a few years for this stain on my credit to go away. Wonderful. 🙄

You send my direct despoit and want them but how do I grow. Auto loans real personal. I own I guess you for bottom feeders

This is not a "banking" app. This is a third party middleman scam platform that skims transaction fees off your back. The app tried to lock my money in it and I could only get it out after a backdoor Apple Wallet cashapp grab after the app stole 3.5% from me already. I HAD MY ACH LINKED BUT THEY WOULDN'T LET ME WITHDRAW. Not until I got my "physical chime card". Trash. Get a REAL checking account through a physical bank or credit union. PLEASE. Trash. 0 stars.

I filed a dispute over a week ago but the dispute isn’t showing up. Plus they failed to provide the merchant information in the transaction description.

Honestly it’s the best thing to happen to me, since individually sliced cheese. Banks suck, this is a legit alternative.
