Service good
I don’t like that it gives out your routing information online so even if you replace your card..the will still have access to your account it sucks because I have to keep my card locked at all times …
I been using chime since 2017 moved to another state and they helped me raise my credit and all I really love this app they helped me keep up with all my tax money
No human services at all what so ever. Have a problem with them holding your check too long?? Good luck getting a human on the phone. Switching to an actual bank ASAP.
Chime app has been a live saver I don’t pay anymore overdraft fees I’ve saved like five hundred dollars a month in overdraft fees and my credit score has improved big time thank you chime
I had a fraud through my account and when I reported it they said they would look into it. A few days later I got an email and it said there was nothing they can do. So I would not use chime or recommend it to anyone. There are bigger and better banking options that will help/be better than them.

Love chime I use it every day and every time I pay for something
- 10 Star. They suck on deposits. They want to hold for 5-7 days before you can get them. Don’t use Chime at all for pay checks or deposited money!
I’ve been with chime since 2019 and have loved everyday with it. No overdraft fees, no hidden fees and when I’m in a jamb I can use spot me which is a life saver! Love you guys❤️❤️❤️

Opened an account with Chime and ended up closing it shortly after due to a frustrating experience. I was told my card needed to be activated within 14 days, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Because of this, I lost time and missed the opportunity to use another bank account for a bonus. Policies like this should be transparent from the start. Disappointing overall
As long as chime is active ill never use a physical bank as my main bank
