Seamless and simple

I have never dealt with a more difficult online bank than Chime. They make everything harder than it needs to be. They set my account to close with no information as to why. It took me 2 hours to talk to someone that could actually tell me what the problem was. It was all because their system didn’t recognize my completely legitimate address. Instead of getting a notice asking to update my address, they decided to just close my account. They finally said they could fix it but I said forget about it. Transferred all my money out and I will never refer anyone to them again.

I been using chime for a while already and I have nothing but good things to say . Great customer service always very professional.

I was liking chime very much until I had got scammed and the dispute was denied 4 times. I have them all the information I could including the prof of non payment and where I was owed the money back from the vendor for products I never received and each time they declined. The process started in February and I was just DENIED AGAIN. This is disappointing and I feel robbed by both the vendor who promised to refund and never did and the bank whole failed to see the evidence and accept it.

Love this for my banking, its helped me with my credit score for YEARS! Only problem is I cant go in to fix my split up pay in the autosave menu. Always tells me that something is wrong! Please fix!

Good banking app

I’ve been with Chime for seven years now, and I love it. No overdraft fees spot me. I also have the Chime credit card . My credit score has went up if you don’t believe me just try it for yourself.

I was skeptical about Chime but after having it for a few years now, it’s definitely worth it.

App is always doing giveaways but no one ever shares there winning story so who is really getting the giveaway

Even though Chime doesn’t have a lot of features a normal, average would, it’s still great. I love the credit builder, as first I didn’t understand it, but it makes it easier to build credit using your own money.

Most useless banking app out there they won’t show you running balance so you can’t see where all your money went there numerous dumb rules been with this bank since 2019 still only have 90 bucks on spot me to show for it

Worst banking anyone can use no matter what you put money in it should be safe but nope they take from you and even when u tell them they work against you . This has happened too many times with these guys . Won’t recommend this to anyone if anything I would tell them to run as fast as u can and protect yourself with your money

This is by far the best Bank ever and all I can say is that you guys make a difference in most people’s lives and We are lucky to have a Bank that takes care of it’s customers. Thanks Chime

I have been raving about Cime, especially having my deposit two days early. Much much more

10/10 user friendly app, I would love to see a new adventure development into the stock trading world; One where you could trade directly from the mobile app while utilizing the spot-me feature, depending on account status.

Account got hacked and there is no way to get support

I used chime for 4 years in the time I have had to replace my card at least 8 times due to charges that were not mine. I still have my account and card is frozen and still have charges almost every day. I called and complained. Followed the instructions to get new card never had this many problems i keep .01 in account so it stays open and froze everything and never use had to go somewhere else.

They offer neat and convenient services, but when someone inevitably scams you, good luck getting your money back or any help from Chime’s fraud department. They made me wait 3 months, just to say “denied” without providing reason. Absolute comedy.
