People have been posting videos of them very graphically torturing Plecos. I have seen a video where a guy has a Pleco restrained and he force feeds it ants. I reported all of the videos I saw and guess what? No violation! When was it ok for animal abuse to be on the internet. I tried contacting support and instead of having a real person it is an AI chat bot that told me that it’s MY responsibility to report all of the videos and accounts. Yet when I do report them they let the videos stay up and say that nothing is wrong. It’s absolutely disgusting.

The ads are atrocious. The Ai slop is horrendous. And the good creators are only getting videos from last year or January getting shown to people. My fyp has nothing I actually like on it anymore. This is just slop at this point.

When I tried to download it, won’t let me it’s said I’m under 13 but I’m 13 years old can 13 years old download TikTok because I am going to be 14 by the time is April 23, so it’s not a big deal

I have been having an issue where someone I love is live and I can't access it. I've tried everything in my power to fix it and now it's driving me crazy. I mod for one live and I can't even access them.

I hate this app and what it stands for.. it’s so misleading and harmful for people with mental issues and other problems. It’s not safe for kids or adults. Its more of a scam.

I work on TikTok shop, and I login multiple accounts, but recently I’ve been unable to login because I keep getting multiple attempts reached even when I only try once. Can you guys fix this issue as soon as possible because it’s draining

They ban my acc for no reason

Customer Support is absolutely atrocious! There is no good way to contact support as they don’t have an email, number to call, or chat with us feature. The best you can do is open a ticket and wait between an hour or couple days for a response. If you ever end up with any kind of problem, odds are it won’t be resolved.

I am a legal adult, however TikTok believes I am under 16 due to its poor facial recognition (other apps have correctly identified my age via my face btw). I do not have a state ID nor a credit card, however I do have a permit. I tried to use that to verify my age, though the scanner said it was invalid. When trying to age appeal, even if you don’t fully make it through the process, it’s still considered an appeal. The app says that it only takes two minutes to tell you whether or not the appeal is denied or accepted, however it has been 2 days for me with no response. I have emailed them, and their responses were less than helpful, feeling like they were written by a bot. Due to my age restriction, I am unable to chat, and my videos get less than 100 views due to less audiences being able to see them. All in all, their customers service is a mess, and the way they go about their age verification is absolutely ridiculous. I’d rate 0 stars if I could, as all I am reduced to is only watching videos. I enjoy posting and chatting, and if I wanted to not do any of that, then I’d just go to YouTube.

So basically my account got banned. They’re not banning my account so I just had to delete all my accounts. I will not give TikTok any more money than I already have. I will pray to God this platform fails.

I don’t like that you keep cutting me off when I try to send a message in a live and you also wanna show off my frozen member level and I think you should stop because that’s embarrassing. Why do you want to embarrass me for? Also ban zwiky and I’ll forgive you 🩷
