Does everything you need but it really would benefit from a professional UI designer overhauling the visuals. Very clunky to do what you need and easy to hit the wrong buttons on accident.

Super user friendly. Have used for 3 years and love it. Like the New update as you no longer have to download the whole song to your device.

The app is easy to use compare to others but the announcement voices are not good at all. Please add voices.

The intro sounds way lower than the music, even when the intro volume is all the way up..

So, I have used this app for quite a few years now. There has always been little issues here and there. But this season, it’s been absolutely AWFUL! No songs play, unless it decides it wants to. Only the player announcement will play. My girls look forward to being pumped up by their songs, and they get let down. I’ve uninstalled, deleted all line ups and started over, reset, EVERYTHING! Never an issue before, now I want to just delete it and never look back!!! I thought maybe it was my speaker (the one I’ve been using for years), so I bought a new one. Same issue! Okay, maybe it’s my phone. So bought and paid for it on my daughters phone. Guess what! SAME ISSUE! Okay cool. Maybe it’s because we have the same phone model. Used my husband’s, you guessed it……SAME ISSUE! Yes the songs are downloaded to my phone from Apple. It does not give me the warning when I play them. It just doesn’t flippin play. Fix this PLEASE! I want to use this for our girls. They love the walkup songs.

I had this app on my android and it was fantastic. Players, umpires and parents loved it. A lot better customization than similar apps. It looses a 5 star rating simply because I can’t import my team and settings from the android version.

This is not an easy app to figure out and comes with no guide. The announcer voices are horrible, and I cant figure out even how to delete without cancelling prescription.

Having issues creating amounts announcements. Can you please provide instructions on how to do that?

Easy to use

This is an amazing app. In addition to being able to precisely cue walkout songs, you can add categories for any type of event you’d like, and drop music/sounds into those for quick access. Full ability to adjust fade into and out of songs. More powerful than I’d first thought.

Not worth it! It’s computer voice!! No fun!

The voices are horrible

Okay, this app is pretty easy to use and adding players to teams. I’ve used it for a whole season and no issues with the songs playing. The only problem I’m having, which is why I gave it 4 stars…announcements! How do I get the right voice? There are so many to choose from and they all sound robotic. Not sure if this is how they are or am I doing something wrong?

For whatever reason random song selections will say unable to play. I’ve tried restarting the app and restarting my phone in the middle of games and it may help sometimes but not all of the time.

Half the voices didn’t work in the English option. It was speaking things that weren’t selected.

UPDATE: Now I really love the app! The developer got back to me quickly with my questions and provided easy instructions. This app is great and makes music and announcements so easy. The players and fans love it!!! So far I’m loving this app…setup was easy and I love the features. Haven’t used it yet at a game and I’m foreseeing a couple of challenges especially with question 1 below. 1. How do I move players from active to inactive and/or to match the batting lineup? 2. When I go to tech support, it’s asking me if I received my registration email? Uhm…this was an app download on my iPhone. There hasn’t been any transactional email.

The app says it can be shared for others to manage when one can’t attend to operate. Not only can we not do that, it doesn’t sync with my other device with the same apple account. Can someone help??
