Better than Uber Eats by far. Only reason for 4 stars is I think it’s a little cluttered on the Home Screen. If they organize everything a touch better it’d make navigation a lot easier.

All service fees and the driver gets next to nothing

I’ve been using DoorDash (with dash pass) for a few years and have watched the prices climb steadily and the quality of service decline steadily but due to living in a rural area I kept it to avoid fetching my own late night needs/ last minute needs (even though the cost wasn’t worth it.) However after the disgusting political situation they placed themselves into, the convenience this brings does not outweigh all of the cons.

I don’t usually ever write reviews, but with how DoorDash is in its current state, it’s just terrible. I remember how great it was a couple of years ago, but now in this economy, the quality of food and service doesn’t match the price. Living in a populated area, there’s no shortage of drivers. So why is it that in the last year or so does it take longer to deliver than ever before? Not worth the time and effort to be supporting a company that can’t keep its quality and affordability

DoorDash took a new low with their recent Trump staged delivery. Fees are too high on top of inflated prices ordering on the app vs in store. Canceling and deleting the app.

They made propaganda videos for the pedo in the White House. I’ve deleted my account.

The BEST chicken fried steak I’ve ever had and the fried rice is out of this world!!

They non stop send me emails talking about some your order for $9.99 needs to be verified for payment every day

DoorDash has some of the worst business practices when it comes to customer service. I understand they are providing a convenience-based service to customers but they have the reign in their drivers. The drivers are creating a hellish scenario for customers and then Customer Service does literally nothing to be helpful.

They've shown who they support when they worked with Trump. Lame af, will not be using door dash again

They be hiring anyone now a days, because they didn't even bring everything my sister had ordered which was halve of what she had ordered. Just use Ubet eats it's more trust worthy.
