Gone down hill with dasher not held accountable and mistakes made without correction. Some people use this because of disabilities.. so eating on time, being able to get to reach my Food in requested drop Off is important and reviewing them does nothing. No credits. No refund to reorder

I use door dash 2-3 time a week. Not anymore. If you are going to do publicity stunts with trump. You no longer get my business.

After the stunt with the PDF who shall not be named, I have cancelled my membership and deleted this app. Anyway I can avoid companies who support that man don’t deserve to stay in business.

Wow definitely not worth it

I don’t think this was always the policy but nowadays the driver is making 1-3 stops before dropping off your food so if your food gets picked up first it is cold to the bone by the time you get it. This is when they are charging you a significant delivery fee and expecting that you’ll tip the driver at least 20%. This company sucks and it’s just gets worse every year.

I have canceled my membership because DD (DoorDash) supports an Orange Clown.

I’ve been a long standing, membership paying user— ordering food for myself, family, and office staff. After that disgusting stunt DD pulled using a magat puppet to inflate trumps ego, I will no longer be using this app. My money will not go to pedo supporters. And congrats Julian Crowley, you single-handedly destroyed DoorDash.

Fees on top of fees. Slow app. I was willing to look past this before their White House stunt. Deleted account. I will drive to get my own food now.

Drivers steal food, no help or solutions from support & a million hoops to jump thru just to get on the phone with a real person. Continuous random charges to my account for “dash pass” when not signed up

Very bad service for a first time user. I didn’t receive one my drinks that I had ordered and I didn’t get a refund on it either because I was a first time user. First and last time I use Doordash.

An order that i paid for in full was missing an item and it was clear in the delivery photo that the item was missing, yet i was denied a refund. I couldn’t appeal nor get any proper assistance after the denial. I am very unsatisfied with the service of this app.

App constantly pairs decent tippers with low or no tippers and delivers high tips last. DoorDash is a joke

This company is ridiculous. You can schedule your food to be at a certain time and it still will not be on time. My food was late today and yesterday my food was left out outside when I asked a Dasher to hand it to me. DoorDash is very inconsiderate to their customers and the worst company. I would not be shopping with them ever again.
