App is tainted by DoorDash’s warm embrace and support for a racist buffoon and Epstein pal engaged in war crimes abroad and rights violations at home. A company willing to do that cannot be trusted, and by extension, neither can its app.

Company was already trash before they got political. Ps. Hire a better pr guy. If too many of us “touch grass”, your company would’ve been out of business a long time ago. Canceling acc and never going anywhere near this again.

I prefer the deals on Uber Eats. I can get groceries and food cheaper via Uber Eats.

Started using door dash in Eau Claire Wi and it’s amazing! Delivery drivers have been the best and I have no complaints!

Recent authoritarian actions propping up the fascist, illegitimate traitor in office makes this an evil, corrupt company. I will not support a company that lies to the public with fake actors pushing extremist anti-American propaganda. Should’ve stayed out of politics vs participating in stunts for the traitors. I hope DoorDash goes bankrupt and the decision makers are jailed.

DoorDash and Chase keeps on adding new rules to make sure you can never get value out of the already useless monthly credits and now they are cheating customers by adding random rules like $20 minimum for pickup orders

When it comes to DoorDash and uber eats I 100% rather deliver through DoorDash.

They sneakily increase the price of the line items of each item. That means, even if you use dash pass, they’re scalping extra money off the top by charging more for each individual item than they would in store. I was a dash pass user for years. I’ve even driven for door dash. The tips are barely $1 nowadays on average, and they’re shadily sneaking extra money. I’ve done the calculations and have lost thousands using them for grocery service (not counting tips/fees). Worse, I had items delivered to my home that my dasher must’ve taken a photo of and then taken. When I escalated they denied my nearly $100 refund. It’s ridiculous at this point. They don’t compensate their drivers, they sneak in hidden fees anywhere they can. Don’t support this service anymore, they’ve traded quality for cash grabbing, slowly over many years.

Insane price hikes were bad enough, then they pull some BS pretending to deliver to the White House. Corporate greed plus as$ kissing of a rapist…. Never getting another cent from me.

This company will most likely go out of business in the next 2 to 5 years. It’s very difficult to use in half the time I either don’t get my food or the order is just don’t get placed kind of frustrating but when you’re lazy, what can you do?

Really love the Door Dash model, but recently have had a lot of problems with it. Late orders, orders delivered to wrong location, and wrong orders. This has got to get better!

Unless you pay their ridiculous “Express Fee” expect your food to get cold while your dasher completes multiple other orders. DoorDash artificially raises the cost of every single item. A $6 sandwich in person on DoorDash is $8 and then they charge service fees, distance fees, and other ridiculous fees where your $15 meal is now $45 and cold.

They never honor their refunds and customer service sucks Uber Eats and gopuff are better
