Worst delivery platform ! There are way much better alternatives ! Be aware the refund process is a nightmare !!!!

I have ordered about 10 times a year for the last 3 years. I haven’t had any issues. My food bags are always sealed and usually the food what it’s wrapped in they have another seal on it some places. Drinks sealed as well. Little pricey but they are delivering, so I can’t complain.

Preys on vulnerable human beings who need more income by giving low wages & benefitting off them. Over priced & terrible to their workers (former dasher). As if this isn’t enough, read the latest news to see more.

Took 9.99 from me just so I can buy a 13.00 order . Rip off

Everything is ridiculously overpriced, customer service is terrible, and it’s almost impossible to delete your account. Wish I could give zero stars

If you’re planning to be a DoorDasher keep in mind you will not make a lot of money and you will waste gas unless you have an electric car. Also apartment complex and private areas are a hassle to get in because people will view you as a criminal even though you’re doing delivery. You also need to be authorized to be there and a code. I had an experience with a customer getting mad at me because he wanted me to go around with the address was telling me to go to the front gate and I told him that and he didn’t care and he treat me pretty bad and DoorDash took his side. So I got a negative warning because you do get time even though a lot circumstances is out of your control. Also, twice I picked up the food and someone took it already or the restaurant workers don’t do a good job in making sure who’s the DoorDasher.

Door dash has gone down they let anybody drive then it don’t match who is says getting your order. I just recently placed an order waited 2hrs for delivery but they refuse to refund me. I’m officially done they have lost a loyal customer
