I will no longer support this company. Also prices are just way too conflated.

DoorDash is convenient and was great when it started. Now drivers stop multiple places. Food arrives cold, sometimes spilled out into containers, wrong items delivered. It was way more affordable at first. Convenient when you “need” it too expensive to use often! Not great for college kids on limited budgets, families on limited budgets. They would use it more if that were the case. Can pick items up myself instead of increasing price by $20+…

Used the app on and off for over a year just to be told they couldn’t do anything for me when I had an order that wasn’t delivered to me. I had clear instructions about drop off because I’ve had delivery issues before but they weren’t followed and when I requested a refund it was denied. Called the customer service line and was told they couldn’t help so I asked to speak with a supervisor who said sorry our policy says you can’t have a refund and hung up on me when I asked who I could talk to for an answer on why I couldn’t get a refund. So now I’m out money and couldn’t even get a reason for not getting a refund.

Love DoorDash but they need to respond to my problems faster because I keep getting the worst Dashers that just don’t know how to walk and chew gum at the same time

I’m deleting my app due to the political pandering & lying that DD was involved in earlier this week with their “door dash granny” from ARKANSAS delivering in DC. Businesses should NEVER get involved in politics…especially when they fabricate stories for the press.

Always enjoy our day trip to this restaurant.

They keep on taking my money I need a refund for $96.00

As a regular user of DoorDash and someone who has a dash pass, I don’t think that I can in good conscience. Continue to use this app. Conservative sellouts.

Avoid using Doordash. They are v sketchy with their promo codes and customer service. Tried to contact customer service and chats are constantly ended once I’m connected. Do not use them

I have attempted several times to Cancel this App and have been totally ignored and unable to Cancel!! PLEASE cancel my account NOW !
