DoorDash: Food, Grocery, More

I tried to schedule a delivery in advance so I could have my lunch ready when I wanted to eat it. When the delivery window opened no driver had been assigned and there was no indication the restaurant even knew about my order. I waited until the delivery window ended (2:50 pm) and nothing had changed. When I asked to cancel my order it said "are you sure? Your order is still on track to be delivered at 2:51 pm" despite the fact that it had still not assigned a driver. Frustrating and annoying and I'm still hungry.

Door dasher cancelled my order and I never got help to find a new one. They haven’t returned my money back.

Big greedy corporation, up charges at lest a dollar on every item and THEN they tack on a ton of fees and the tip. Then you push dashers to take and drop multiple orders so my food takes an hour to get to me. Now I’m out 40 bucks and need to microwave my food.

I’ll never use door dash again, since you support pedo’s being brought food at the White House. Stupid business promo just lost you thousands of customers.

I’ve lost faith in the integrity of this company.

Don’t ask me for anything after being both a McDonald’s commercial and a White House commercial.

I placed DoorDash orders multiple times a week, no more. Deleted my account and want be back.

i'd like to see a place where you can write the restaurant any special requests you may have.

Can’t browse the app for more than 1 minute before it shuts off. It’s unusable.

My order was given to someone entirely different at a different location than I requested at the hospital. Could not get a refund but I certainly should.

One star for the circus at the White House.

Been with them and paying the subscription for more than a year and they do come up with deals here and there I wish there were more and set up for you but they are getting it slowly. Thanks DoorDash, makes my days easier

Worst service ever, they charge me for the drink that was not delivered 🫩🤣

I’ve door dashed a couple times now and every single time without fail my driver dose something wrong and never text back when I message them just today I spent 18 dollars on McDonalds and left very detailed instructions of where to drop it off and still I never got or found my food there was no photo of my order taken so I couldn’t see where it was and I tried texting and calling my driver and they did not answer

Every time use this app there is a new fee, now it’s a long distance fee, my house and restaurant still in same place. It’s already bad enough the restaurant up the prices by some times as much as $5 for the same food that you get cold half the time, and need to reheat!!!!!!
