The door dash brand is wonderful. Easy , convenient, on time, just an all around good experience. Most drivers I get are top tier drivers and I appreciate that. Please if you drive for this app remember to check your messages. QR codes and information like extra instructions will be in the messages box. Out of the past five years I have this app.. I only have maybe three or four bad experiences.

If i could give less I would, they me $670 from a cancelled order. The issue has yet to be rectified. Their words “there’s nothing I can do on my end, it’s the system”… Don’t make any larger purchases with them, they will run off with your money. Okay, bye

Domino’s have improved and taste service and overall domino making a big comeback. I enjoyed my pizzas and I am getting ready to order me another one.

The obviously staged DoorDash delivery to the White House was just sad. Having a non-DoorDash employee cosplaying as an actual employee in their fancy delivery vehicle with the DoorDash logos on it (which I’ve never, ever seen in my area), delivering McDonald’s to president orange mcnugget. Who green-lit this and thought it was a good idea? You obviously support trump if you allow them to use your corporate identity. As for us, we don’t support pedos and will not be using DoorDash anymore. GrubHub here we come.

This is the third time my order was wrong. I reviewed before submitting. I don’t know what went wrong. I would like a refund please. Your drivers are always kind though.

It makes you not want the food at all knowing that I’m paying 6 extra dollars for someone else to be the middle man to my food. It can be resourceful but also a waste of money.

I have very mixed feelings about DoorDash as a company. But the app does work well. However, I have noticed that while correcting special order instructions you can’t move the “cursor” around on iPhone. Might be current version?

Deleted the app. Colluding with Trump to push his agenda loses my support. I can’t in good conscience spend my money on a company that does not care about its customers.

I ordered some food from Taco Bell and received a completely separate order, so I submitted a complaint for my money back or at least some credit and DoorDash declined to do so

Ordered three 20 amp breakers while working an hour away from Home Depot. Thought I would try ordering DoorDash for the first time. I even paid extra for priority delivery and a very reasonable tip to the driver to make sure it got done quickly. After 90 minutes the driver showed up with three 15 amp breakers completely wrong and unusable for this job. Because of this, I couldn’t complete the work and had to spend an additional four hours driving to get the correct parts, losing both time and money. What makes it worse is that DoorDash refused to issue a refund, even though the driver’s uploaded receipt clearly showed the wrong items were purchased and didn’t match what I ordered. This was a complete failure in both delivery accuracy and customer support.
