Robbed through this app and they don’t want to do anything about it. Going through my bank to get all my money back then immediately deleting all traces of this app

Would give you guys more stars if it wasn’t for this new update now I’m unable to use Cash App because I’m using a iPhone 7 Plus I guess you’re only able to use Cash App on newer phones now how disappointing for all the people that don’t have new phones I guess we don’t matter anymore

I absolutely love cashapp but HATE the limits! I can receive money but I have a limit for sending! My limit just restarted the first of this month but 6 days later I cannot send ANY money! There needs to be a fix to this.

This app lets you get robbed and denied you proper help! I hope you never get scammed on this app because they let scammers keep your money. No explanation, no follow up, no emails ..just silence and letting you get robbed. Disgusting app with nasty service . Wouldn’t recommend, try Zelle!

It’s saying I have to update it but I have already

I’m not able to update or access on browser I have an older iPhone so it won’t allow it because my phone isn’t up to date.this is scaring me because I need to use it get my money sorted and easy to use.

I don’t know how to do with though

I had my account for about 3 or 4 years now and I was using it to send my friends money and when i needed money and they had said that my account had gotten closed because of some sort of activity and they will not tell you what activity is they send you an email. They don’t talk to you in person over the phone. There’s a big waste of time and breath just not worth it talking at all barely even helps you

Apple stole money from me and never refunded my money. A fraudulent charge was made on my bank account. Apple still took my money even after I disputed the charge

I’ve had a Cash App account for about four or five years never used it much. My daughter sent $200 to me and I totally forgot about it however, Someone didn’t Someone went & took $200 off and also applied for a $200 loan which, for some reason Cash App gave them. I had to file a police report, a lawsuit and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not trust them with your money -if they can allow someone to do this without contacting but can text me if they want me to buy into their services is absurd

For some reason, Cash App took out 37$ $.36 and I had 64$ $.97 now it’s all gone

I used cash app forever until I was scammed. I filed a claim six times I even did the appeal for it provide all documents that needed to be uploaded and still denied.

I absolutely love Cash App, they make it so incredibly easy to pay bills,& move money. Transfer cash to friends, I recommended to everyone .

Totally get it it’s so efficient and easy to use.
