Love the app, functionality works great. My problem is the app will tell me I have a notification when I do not have one and no matter what I do I cannot clear it. Irritating to see the badge on the app with a 1 that cannot be cleared. I am always running the latest software updates so I know that is not it.

This company has held over 5000 dollars in ransom. It’s a scam. In order to get my 5000 dollars back they want another 2000 dollars sent to them. All this stemmed from trying to sell product on Facebook Marketplace. The buyer insisted that I use this app. Then the nightmare started. They refuse to release any funds without another 2000 dollars sent to them. They swear they will reimburse me if they receive the extra 2000. It’s been one excuse after another. It’s interesting to note that they would only take gift cards as payment. They would not take a credit card directly. It’s interesting to note that all of the gift cards I bought have already been redeemed by this company. Shame on me for falling for this scam. I’ll I tried to do was sell a nail gun on MarketPlace. Buyer beware.

Robbed through this app and they don’t want to do anything about it. Going through my bank to get all my money back then immediately deleting all traces of this app

Great app I just wish that they could make it to where older model iPhones could still use it without the update. I currently cannot use CashApp at all or manage my money because I can’t access the app because my phone is too old. I can still receive money and use my CashApp card only because it was unlocked when it stopped letting me access the app. So CashApp if you guys see this can you please try to do something about this problem and make it to where older models can still use the app as well.

Cash app was one of my main banks I didn’t have any problems but now it tells me that my phone is too old it has to be updated in order to use my app highly disappointed

If I could give zero stars, I would, I was doing fine with my account and then suddenly one day I tried to use it and it says it’s been canceled. I didn’t know why so I reached out and I asked, and they said I violated the terms of service, but I literally don’t do anything with my card and they were no help at all. They just kept saying the same thing they can’t tell me the exact reason or the exact thing I did and my card has been canceled ever since and yeah, this app is horrible. Just use something else.

I have more than enjoyed this app and it has not disappointed me in anyway

It’s an issue every other day, from paper deposits to blocking transactions for “security reasons” and can’t even give me the exact reason why. They have no way to push the transaction through. It won’t let me add a bank card or delete the current one that’s stuck on the account. Every new account made automatically has the same dumb security reasons. I’m sick of this app.
