I’m excited for this new app, looks to be very easy to use then going to the wed site. Just wish if you were making a reservation you could make it for 1, I find it very sad how unwelcoming to people who go out to eat on there own
Marketed a free cheesecake but it’s now saying redeemable with purchase.
I feel like being a cheesecake rewards member got an upgrade with this app. Super easy to order my favorite dishes and make reservations now.!
I’m so glad there’s an app now. I would always have to login using my phone and it wasn’t a bad experience, but this is an easier experience!! Yay excited!!

I literally downloaded the app because I heard they were giving away free cheesecake and when you finish registering and login in they tell you it’s with a purchase of 30 $ , literally wasted space on my phone and gave my information away to another corporation for no reason , I’ll be deleting the app and my account very soon
I downloaded it I’ve try to sing up over and over. And still nothing the lies join and get a free cheesecake lies. Very disappointing and will be I downloading the app.
They spread campaign saying there is free cheese cake slice but when logging in they say get a slice with purchase. Spreading misinformation as marketing strategy

So far the app is very user-friendly! I am noticing that when I try to make a reservation and I confirm it the times are off by one hour. May be a glitch.
Baited me into downloading app promising free cheesecake but it requires a $30 purchase
I’m trying to sign up for cheesecake factory and it keeps saying there isn’t a location in AR, US which isn’t true. I believe it’s a malfunction but other than that it seems easy to maneuver.
