Moment Pro Camera II

By far the best app for taking full advantage of Apple’s camera sensor and settings! I absolutely love having everything in high quality and thanks to this app. I no longer have to carry my Sony A7R IV everywhere just to capture a decent image on the fly. Plus, this also perfect for beginners to learn about basic photography functionality.

This is the best iOS camera app without a doubt, just needs to save settings and more reliably work with the iPhone camera shutter button

it’s insane how a photo app does not do the one job which is save the photos 🤣 like what kind of fatal flaw is this ?!!!!

The app feels quite nice and I hope the team adds a no computation no apple processing just raw sensor data option like all of the other camera apps have.

I mapped the app to the camera button on newer iPhones. Whenever you press it it opens the app to a black screen. Then you have to force close and re open and it works. Then if you take a picture and don’t wait 10 seconds for it to save, it’s gone forever. So it’s great when it works but it’s not consistent to easily just be able to open it and snap a pic.

Love the app. Please make a lock screen shortcut option! And sometimes there is a bug where pictures are “taken” but no photo is added to my library.

Would there be an Apple Watch remote app? Absolutely crucial for me because I shoot a lot of solo shots and would want to be able to control shooting remotely. Still stuck on the old app just because of this

This app is almost perfect, the interface is great and simple. The ability to add lots and shoot open gate even on an iPhone 16 is awesome. The only issue I’m having is that the video stabilization doesn’t seem to be working. Once this is fixed. I’m never gonna use another phone camera.

You can’t zoom in natural mode, and like another reviewer mentioned the photos take a long time to be added to your camera roll. If you swipe out of the app too soon, the photos won’t save. Fine app otherwise, but these are substantial problems.

Manual control and user interface, great output options for both video and photos. The only thing I hope they add is the ability to record video to external storage. Also, it would be helpful to provide a few LUT for photo mode.

Latest update will launch app for about a second then disappear. Phone restart does not fix. On latest OS. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes. Can repo crash by selecting 100fps in video mode (even though it is grayed out). Crashes and have to uninstall reinstall to recover.

my photos straight up just don’t save to my phone. feeling kinda scammed bc i paid 10 bucks after falling for the twitter ads, but i think i see the hype behind removing the apple processing. i love the photos. HOWEVER it’s been several occasions where i take a really good picture on the app, then find out it never even saved. wish there was a way to retrieve those pics. i wouldn’t recommend unless photography is your passion or you did your research on this first

I was really excited to buy this and I don’t really buy apps. I regret buying this one. The interface is too confusing and doesn’t allow me to quickly change modes. Takes me so much cognitive load to understand what is happening. There are definitely cool features in this app. Hopefully the UI/UX will improve over time. Fingers crossed.

Not prepared not working

OpenGate external recording is not available. Why pay for a $10 app when the Black magic app offers full feature?

When I capture my video in 30fps it records in 30.01. All my videos I recorded in 30fps, probably it’s not good to combine them in post production. Also I noticed it records only in photos on my iPhone, there’s no possibility to change it in files on my phone or ssd.

I don’t doubt that at some point this will be a well functioning app, but right now it feels half baked and not capable of what I need from it. How do I request a refund?

Can’t save to external SD are or SSD drive, hopefully this app get a better update.

Seems like a good app, but it has a major glitch currently. About half the photos I take aren’t saved to my camera roll. I press the button, it does the shutter animation/haptic, camera roll access is allowed, and it still might take a few tries before it actually saves the photo. I’m sure this will be fixed quickly, but until then it’s just not a reliable choice. Update a couple weeks later: the saving issue is still not resolved, and image quality also isn’t very good. I’m requesting a refund through Apple.

I have been with moment since 2021. I have not been disappointed and with the new update( 4 options saved settings ) it works perfectly.
