Goblin Tools

I recently found the website version of this wonderful tool before the app. I proceeded to install the app which costed me 3 bucks. I have been running into technical issues since then such as the app crashing the first time I try to use any new tool that I have not clicked already in the current session since opening the app on my iPhone. I find this a bit annoying to experience especially for an app that has those tools that can help me with my productivity and so forth. I can see it doesn’t look like the app creator has been active over the last 2 years as I see the last time the app was ever updated was about 2 years ago, so I am going to be requesting a refund, though I highly recommend that you still use the web version instead!!

Really cool utility. Clearly just the website pushed into an app shell. Wanna know if an app is using a webview? You cant pinch zoom most app pages. You can pinch zoom web pages. That alone isn’t worth just two stars but my app also crashes constantly. It’s borderline unusable. I’m guessing the app is rarely tested because they never have to touch it, since, again, this is clearly just the website wrapped in an app.

This application has truly changed my life. I am a small business owner and also teach full-time at a community college. Wearing both of those hats, I often need to communicate in very professional and clear ways. Goblin tools has truly changed the way I write emails to my colleagues, and after quite some time of using it now, has even helped me learn how to speak more professionally! I have loved this application so much that I am a patron of it on Patreon.

Goblin tools is a neat little app that doesn’t cost very much and is a one time payment. It has its uses and can come in handy when you need it. It’s A OK in my book.

Simple yet very helpful tools to help get through your day. I felt it was well worth the money to buy the mobile app. If not just for the recipe maker alone. I got it for the magic list breakdown. But I plan to try all it has to offer. Very user friendly. Highly recommend

I LOVE how this tool works and all of its options. My only qualm is the use of the term “neurospicy.” I love the chilis but would prefer other language on this.

Timing of steps is WAY OFF BASE! two minute to choose a history essay topic? 3.5 hours estimated time for 1500 words with citations? I think they just roll dice to pick a number.

Really helpful app for ADHD. Sometimes big tasks with lots of small sub tasks can be overwhelming and make it hard to start on them. Goblin Tools breaks down those big tasks into the component sub tasks so that you can check off all of the smaller ones and get to your big goal. Really nice app, thank you developers!

The only reason I have rated it 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the lack of frequent updates, and occasional bugs.

My bookmarked link shows the microphone icon but click on it & the icon gets a line crossing it out. I just bought the paid version for iPhone (to show support for your program), but app version doesn’t even show a microphone icon. I went through the mic permission settings, but no option to permit mic access. Any word on this?

This app is a god send for people with severe inattentive ADHD. Breaks is down to the smallest task, actually finally making progress in cleaning my house. I have not been able to feel this good about myself in a very long time.

As a neurospicy adult I sometimes struggle with things like rejection sensitivity and decision fatigue this app really helps me untangle tasks and make them doable.

Cool concept. Bought it a year ago, used it a few times. Doesn’t work with the latest iOS update (26). The app only works on half the screen, the bottom is a blank white background. Plus it hasn’t been updated by devs in 2+ years. Skip this app—save your money.

App opens but crashes immediately when I click on formulizer. I love that tool! Please fix it
