App crashed four times after downloading. Not even able to interface with any of the tools. Complete waste.

I paid for the app because the webpage was good. The app has been crashing since December anytime I try to open To-do. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted my phone several times. There’s no one to contact. I wouldn’t buy this app, just use the webpage version.

I like the concept of this app. The features are great when it’s actually working. It is beyond frustrating that it constantly crashes.

As someone who was recently diagnosed with Autism I get overwhelmed when tasks seem to big, this app helps breakdown items depending on how much help you need! It also lets you input messages and responses to determine the emotion and meaning of the message from others if you can’t understand! I’d give more than 5 stars but can’t sadly :(…

Even though I paid for the subscription, it won’t open

Love this app. It’s so helpful. However, it force quits constantly for me. Hoping there’s an update soon but it looks like there hasn’t been an update in 2 years so I’m bummed I paid for this.

This app would be great if it did not crash every time I opened it. It is truly frustrating.

I dont know what changed but the app is now unsuable and crashes everytime I select formalizer . I can send screengrab and logs if needed iphone running ios 26.3

Maybe this app was more stable in the past, but I can’t open a single function on it without it immediately freezing up and crashing. Will be delighted to change this rating/review if it stabilizes.

Such a helpful thing to have when I’m having spicy brain moments or days.

I want to give this app 5 stars because when it works properly it is a phenomenal 5 star app, but the consistent crashing when opening the app and hitting a button decreases its score. Free apps work better than this one.

My therapist recommended the website and then I found this app. I really like it, my only issue is that it glitches and closes if I try to open the Magic To Do from the menu. I have to put my things in the compiler, and then send it to the Magic To Do, then navigate from there. If it didn’t do that, it’d be a 10/10 app :)
