I am definitely enjoying the rewards program. Saves me money and builds up my rewards points.

Why on earth is this app soooooo slow???? It is so laggy and that really makes it difficult to use my rewards. Please fix this app

I love the app but I do most of the shopping in store instead of delivery and the chat feature interface is just for the delivery side of the service if there is an issue in the store , it needs to go to the customer relations team. But yet, that isn’t expressed anywhere in the app or support section until you actually speak with someone… then it’s a 3 day wait to get a response and before you know it, your issue is sitting unresolved in the vast number of cases that they have.. the customer service/relations team should be in on this app too. Make a 2 pronged approach like a normal business has and is standard procedure

Again no roller grill items, no bags, many fountain drinks out, store a mess, and poor customer service..

This location in Henrico VA at Parham and Broad constantly is out of sodas and the staff either doesn’t know or is not willing to replace! They barely speak English and never want to do anything except ring up sales. Management needs to give attention to customer service and training on how to take care of other issues beyond ringing up sales.

Have not been able to log on for over a week.

All my needs from auto, medicine, prep-foods, drinks, to even a rest rm it’s their at your service. Since 1970’s for me were in 2026✅🥳

The rewards program is a scam. They never have the items in stock or when you try to check out it doesn’t apply correctly and so you either have to put the item back or pay with cash. Points will randomly disappear but not expire. If you exchange a reward back for points because they don’t have it in stock, the points won’t show up in your account. Their support staff is absolutely useless as well.

The the clerk in all the seven levels, I went to do not know how to work the app. We’re unable to help me lack of knowledge for the 7-Eleven app all store clerks.

When I create my account I’m gonna guess I misspelled my email I got a new phone same number and when I try to log in in my app it says email send to confirm is me but I never get that email so I’m guessing I misspelled it HELP PLEASE!!

Why did I just use the fuel section of the app and go to the gas station only to see it doesn’t even exist? Are you just making up entries on there for locations that don’t even have gas stations. Waste of time. Update your app properly.
