The functions of this app are useful, but it is so overstuffed with marketing that basic functions are difficult to find and it can be annoying; notices, Geo-locator, etc.
I always get friendly service. Customer service is spot on!

I use my phone number at 7-Elevens and everything but when I tried to check the app for my rewards it isn’t working. I try to put in my number and it won’t let me log in at all. It says error. Please help.

Refuses to let me log in
I saved points for later use . But they expire without notification. Should not ever expire…….

The 7-11 app is great. It makes it easy to earn points and the rewards they offer are all wonderful. Different deals are on offer all the time. So it pays to check back regularly. Thanks 7-Eleven!!
Not much else to say. I appreciate friendly people where I spend my money. Good folks work here who are quick and kind.
Downloaded app, had several discounts applied to fuel, went to a station the app displayed as a location that accepted the discounts. The preview price displayed the discounted rate, but was still charged full price. Contacted customer service which told me I went to a Sonoco station, not a 7-11 station, which was not correct. I emailed them screenshots of the issue which clearly displayed and supported my case that it was a 7-11 fuel and Stripes branded store, not Sonoco. They never replied or offered me any kind of solution to the issue. If anything this app is poorly designed and misleading about its discounts. I’ll stick to the Valero app and Quick Trip.
Never really works everytime i go to click on the save $$ on gas link it just keep showing its loading never really loads I have good signal strength never fails to not load
It’s nice to be able to go out in middle of night and go to a store that’s open they have so much stuff I gave them a four stare cause they aren’t always stocked up on stuff
Unfortunately I don’t get to 7-11 as often as I would like. But when I do I always make sure to use my app, I can save on fuel and earn points for future purchases.
When I use my phone number it says that I cannot log in and I do not see ANY sort of "register" by itself instead of "register or log in"
Multiple problems trying to use the app to pay for a car wash. AVOID
