★★★☆☆ Not geared toward United States food
Alysa12 · v4.0.6

While I find the app somewhat helpful it is more just "general". It would be nice to know more specific foods. I think the issue is United States terminology and brands (I did select the United States version, I think. I didn't find much difference). And for sure cannot look up American brands. Which different brands would have garlic for example (like ketchup, pickles, etc). at the same time, basics like "hotdogs", "chocolate chips", "hamburger"not listed. Since it appears I can't eat 90% of foods, I need very specific foods. This Monash University is the guru of Fodmap, I was disappointed in detail of this site.

★★☆☆☆ Deleted my diary entries
Togaphe · v4.0.6

I’ve been using this app for my low FODMAP diet and am now using the diary for reintroduction of foods. Today I noticed all of my entries disappeared. Luckily I exported recently and only lost 2 days, so I did my best to reenter those. Just went on again and everything is gone again! I will need to track elsewhere because this can’t keep happening. Please fix this issue.

★☆☆☆☆ Useless
Ls3001 · v4.0.6

This would be great if you lived in Australia. I am USA based and there is so far only one product on the list that I can purchase in the USA. I wanted to make sure everyone knows it’s USELESS. Don’t buy it if you are American.

★★★☆☆ Font size
63wordnerd · v4.0.5

Ever since the latest update the font is big in the Diary Log

★★★★★ Gut relief
Jeemahbee · v4.0.4

This app along with working with a registered dietitian who specializes in FODMAP diets relieved me of months and months of unpredictable gut problems. I found my dietician through Monash. What a great service! Thank you. ♥️

★☆☆☆☆ Bad Update Wipes Data
Spiffydude · v4.0.4

I installed the latest update and now all data from my diary is gone. I cannot recommend this app when it is built that poorly, and when the developers in charge don’t do any verification that the update they’re about to apply won’t break existing features. Bad software design. The design changes to the app aren’t good either, the latest updates have been a downgrade in every way.

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed
BigBeansBoy · v4.0.2

Not nearly enough recipes, hard to navigate, and the recipes that they do have were still quite problematic. Definitely do not waste your money, a massive disappointment of an app

★☆☆☆☆ Beware new update
EMM914 · v4.0.2

I just updated the app and found that it erased ALL of my diary entries. I’ve been tracking for a long time so this is a big loss of data for me. I’ll no longer use this app for tracking as it’s no longer reliable and I’m very disappointed considering this is a paid app. Just wow…

★☆☆☆☆ Pointless, frustrating UI changes in 4.0.2
F. Your App · v4.0.2

What was the goal of changing the Diary add record / create report AND the save / cancel buttons? That change has reversed the positions of both functions, which means anyone who had been using the app and has muscle memory for making entries is now automatically touching the wrong buttons every single time they want to add to the diary. Was the point to frustrate existing users? Well, you’ve succeeded.

★☆☆☆☆ All data erased with last update!
FranzZled · v4.0.2

I have been diligently recording my diet and symptoms for 2 months. This morning, I decided to update the app and now ALL of that data is gone! So much work vanished in an instant. Up until today, I would have given the app a 4 star rating. I have appreciated the food guide, recipes, and ease with which to track everything. It wasn’t perfect—but it was a great resource. However losing 2 months worth of valuable data is unpardonable.

★★☆☆☆ Now useless
oc-lil · v4.0.2

The changes make the app useless for me. Was able to see whole day’s activity and look at other days easily. Now having to scroll to see day’s data. Boo.

★★☆☆☆ Update
M y 2 C e n t s · v4.0.2

This app is great and makes it easy to track and find food. However, the new update is not good. The diary is too small and the reintroduction items are cut off and hard to use. The previous diary format was way better. Disappointed

★★☆☆☆ Not very functional
Alexandra$26 · v3.1.5

The food list isn’t very well organized, the red/yellow/green lights aren’t in order, so it will show you the values randomly. Has really strange ranges too, for something like cornichons it will tell you 1.76oz is fine, then 17.07oz is in the yellow zone. I could see someone eating like 3oz of them, but who is eating almost a pound? Why not represent this in a more simplistic way. Finally, when you click “start the diet”, it just tells you what the diet is like, no more information than what you could find on Google, it doesn’t actually start anything for you. No calendar, nothing, you need to go find a dietitian to do it for you.

★★★★☆ Extremely helpful, love it!
Donnamcm · v3.1.5

I love your app for recording the daily details. However, sometimes I am using my iPhone and other times my iPad. I have the app on both devices, but they do not talk to each other, entering a meal on my ipad doesn’t convey to my iPhone.

★★☆☆☆ Simple food list needed
JoeSchmidtt · v3.1.5

The food lists include packaged processed foods (from other countries despite using the country filter). It’s cumbersome to have to weed through all this just to try to find something like steel cut oats which are not listed.

★★★★★ Lifer
Drishtiwind37 · v3.1.5

Excellent tool to help manage FODMAP diet. Best part is how easy it is to look up a food a decide whether to eat or not eat. The stop light notification system makes it easy. Also love the possible portions listed allow me to experiment with a smaller serving size to see if I can have just a smaller portion of a favorite food that causes discomfort. I use the app while I’m at the grocery, when I’m out at restaurants, and even when I go to social events like weddings and parties. Like the old saying “a minute of lookup saves hours of discomfort!”

★☆☆☆☆ Filter by country
Blue eagle 13978 · v3.1.5

While looking through the list of all the low fodmap certified food, I have my country selected in the filter, yet I’m still seeing all the foods listed even if they are not in my country. Please fix!!!

★★★★☆ Easy to use
MW$! · v3.1.5

Great app supporting amazing research. Wish the diary was more integrated (or maybe I’m not using it to its capacity). Reports & linking food to symptoms would be great. App would be perfect if it had a scanner. I would rather have a scanner with a note it may not be perfect, than no scanner at all. I’ve purchased 2 other apps that have cost $80 total to fill that void: Fig & Spoonful

★☆☆☆☆ Not comprehensive
Lizard Lazar · v3.1.5

Half the things I look up are not on here.

★★★★★ Very Helpful
stampke · v3.0.9

Eating fodmap free foods definitely helps my IBS. There are some foods I wish they had, but they are constantly adding new foods to the database every month.
