I really like your emojis but the only thing I don’t like is that sometimes always has to load and never shows other people’s faces. It is kind of annoying but sometimes fun so this is my review.

The app is a mess whenever I’m in a hurry to connect is asking for my age to connect??? What an stupid thing, if someone at my company is connected with the PRO version do not allow me to access the meeting reports and is just looping in warnings that do not allow me to change user, I only used because I’m forced to use it but every time I have a change I recommend the clients to use other options

This is the worst product decision I’ve ever seen. Why would you eliminate Calendar export for every other service other than Google calendar? It’s like you have a compulsion to continually make a great product worse. This is not customer friendly, I pay for the service and just because I don’t want to give you access to all of my calendar. You won’t let me export a calendar item enforced me to input it manually.? The quality of your video conferencing is superior to teams and meet, but that’s not going to overcome the inconvenience you’ve created with this ridiculous change you’ve made to how I schedule meetings. In fact, it steals my results to just move to it different product because you clearly don’t care about paying customers unless you get all their data.

Never before have I wanted my daily view of appointments split into unique appointments and reoccurring appointments. I should be able to see my full day in one flow ordered by time slots. On top of that the reoccurring appointments do not have any information about when that meeting occurs again, they are just pushed to the bottom of list like an after thought, it is weird and obviously not the best design, considering how many other apps do this same function well. Either have the calendar or don’t! Do not give a weak experience and pretend it is helpful. This view has been lacking for too long and makes my Today view absolutely useless!

The microphone on the app for iPhone doesn’t work.

I used to schedule a lot of of my meetings on my iPhone Zoom app. Now, I can’t manually put in an email, I can’t share the Zoom link the way I used to, and I can’t even figure out how to do it. I don’t know why all of this changed and it’s made it not usable for me anymore on my phone.

Try to figure out how to add contacts so they auto populate when you want to send an invite to someone. Even if you’ve previously sent one to them. You’ll never figure it out. And you’ll never get those hours back.

Sorry but these errors are annoying

Zoom used to be great and easy to use. The latest “upgrade stopped the intuitive aspect and has made it a royal PIA. It now takes longer to schedule and no longer efficient. If they wanted new features, let themj be optional and stop ruining what works.

Generally, we are really pleased with Zoom‘s clarity and real time video without legs and draws. Of course, that depends on our Internet connection, which is pretty good, but overall, the system works very well. I often ask myself what we did before Zoom! However, here’s my wife Lisa to tell you what she doesn’t like about it: “ I don’t like not being able to move the video of me. I’d like to have it on the same side as the camera so that I’m looking into the camera instead of down at the right corner other platforms have that capability, so I assume that Zoom could figure that out as well.
