Costco

The combination of shipping charges on small items and and limited selections of large items causes me to do most shopping at other websites or stores. The fact that no stores are close-by to my major suburban location also lowers the score..

I feel secure and confident whenever I purchase products from Costco. I have shopped around at several sites and stores and Costco was the best economical deal for my budget.

Cannot use their app unless i update and my ipad will not let me update

The app is a little hard to navigate. I wish it had the option to see if items are in stock at specific stores. It is also super slow. Whenever you click a link or type a search, it takes a while to load results. Other than that, the app is great like any other retailer app.

I just purchased great face cream with amazing prices . Costco is a great company I will support him because they support DEI and they treat their customers and employees with dignity , respect and pay them good.

The app claims you can renew your membership through the app, but it refuses to work.

Easy to order

It’s impossible to place an order using this awful app. Every time I enter all the required information, the app auto-refreshes and the information I was typing gets deleted. It’s virtually impossible to complete an order using this app

I want Costco to tell me which store has the food I want. The app directory should match the store directory.

I can’t do anything on the app. It looks like the 9 tabs across the top should be clickable but they do nothing - not clickable. And for the five links / categories at the bottom: aside from the “account” option, only one works - I think it said “explore”. Everything else brings up a blank white page with a never-ending search wheal circling but getting nowhere. This app is no better than their website, which constantly refreshes and is unusable. You’d think a big company like Costco could do better.

I only use the app to pull up the warehouse savings. I dread every time I have to do it. I scroll thru the items. Many don’t have photos. When I find something I want to save for my in warehouse shopping trip I have to take a screen shot of the item. No problem…but then when I go back to the list it restarts back to the beginning and all the items are shuffled. Every damn time. There’s gotta be a better fix to that.

“Your digital membership has reached its transfer limit. Please visit the membership desk to reset”. Me and my wife have 2 membership under same account, every time we use we have to transfer and it will locked out.

Easy to navigate site. My favorite store. Great quality merchandises and very affordable prices. ❤️

Costco loses so much of my business online because the app is awful. I have things in my cart and when I try to remove one of the items that I no longer need and check out with the rest it won’t let me remove the item!! I end up never checking out and buying the things I need. It’s very frustrating! I was hoping your new update would fix it but nope!

Costco is great with its low cost chicken and bulk items but the app barely works it’s slow and the search is barely accurate and it doesn’t even show every item in the Costco stock

This is a horrible feature when you see duplicate items showing here and there for just ~10 items. It is about the same as having them random ordered. Also the feedback tab does not work so I have to come to app store for this 1 star

Everything I have purchased through the app or online gets cancelled by Costco an hour later. There are a ton of Reddit threads full of people encountering the same issue. So far one call with Costco support and one trip in person have not fixed anything

I LOVE Costco.com but I just wish the online prices were as cheap as the in store prices 😩
