The app is great. Allows me to make purchases from the leisure of my home. Save time and especially nice if the product is heavy.
Hard to search for tires when you’re given error codes and broken links
Cleared cache 2x, deleted app 2x, still ‘Costco mobile network not available’. Running iOS 26.3.1 on an iPhone 15 pro max.
This app by Costco does not reflect the stock on hand in local warehouses. It pushes expensive special order items. Moreover, I find it childish to direct users put things in a cart before seeing a price. Have no idea how it’s getting a 4.9 review. Alternative universe?
i love costco, but hate the app. you can’t search for anything.. you search for honey wheat bread and it pulls blueberries 🙄
Page resets back to top every time you go to another app. Makes making a shopping list extremely difficult and more so because we can no longer swipe to add to shopping list
I wish Costco had a scan as you go option. Other than that zero complaints.
I’m not sure what happened to the widget where I could access my member ID. Is this gone for good or is it coming back?
The app constantly erases my same day order while I am making. I have to start over. It erases my delivery instructions making it unsafe for me to get my delivery
Please, fix the issue that’s the App is crashing and stated frozen any time we clicked on the items!
Second time I had to reinstall since the QR code didnt work. I had to wait in line just to know it was an app problem
Store is great, employees are great, app is great, deals are great, food court is great. No other store comes close.
Great website. I will buy appliances at Costco again. They include shipping, take away of old appliances.
I have managed to buy Pokemon cards from the last 2 drops of course they are not the super exclusive items everyone wants but it’s a step in the right direction hopefully the drops for prismatic items or hyped items have better protected drops
Filter settings change arbitrarily, it’s laggy, and just downright unhelpful.
The app is pretty easy to use. Helps you manage your membership and order things directly.
What i love costco is basically a one stop shop. They have the best rates and actually love them for moving trucks and rentals. So yes “def costco-colonized”
Great product choices, Awesome customer service… and nothing beats their return policies and product warranty / insurance.
