Costco

This app is a wrapper, not a native app. It is painfully slow for everything. The customer experience is an afterthought. I like Costco but you should take a look at Sam’s Club digital experience. And I won’t even go to talk about checkout experience which is the main reason I no longer purchase at the Costco stores. Hopefully you’ll get back into the game sooner rather than later.

Does not load Home screen 7 out of 10 times. Attempting to browse for 2-day delivery Kirkland Signature groceries results in a blank screen or gray animated placeholders that never go away. All my other apps function fine on the same iOS device on the same network. Atrocious quality assurance on the app…get better at this Costco. I love costco stores and have been a loyal customer for decades. But your digital experience team needs some upgrades! I deleted the app. I have better luck on the website in a browser.

I really like using the Costco app, but there’s one feature that would make a huge difference: please add Apple Wallet support for the membership card. It would be so much more convenient to have the card in Apple Wallet, especially with location-based (geo-tagged) suggestions that bring it up automatically when arriving at the store. Right now, I have to stop at the entrance, unlock my phone, open the app, and find the card—which slows things down for everyone. Adding this feature would make the in-store experience much smoother and faster. Hope you consider it!

My local store did not have my doc approved supplement that I always take…so they sent it quickly to me via mail with no shipping chg! Awesome! 🥰

I love Costco with passion and I hate this app with passion. The app is essentially a browser wrapped in an app. It’s slow and buggy. Not close to what I would expect from a modern user experience. I get it, Costco wants me to come to the store but it’s 2026 and users have high expectations when it comes to digital experiences.

Costco needs to do 2 things - 1) implement scan and go for all of their stores. Immediately. 2) make purchases searchable - no one wants to Rolodex through a years worth of receipts to return a shirt that didn’t fit. Both of these things will immediately increase customer satisfaction the day they are implemented.

Wanted to set it to pickup at a warehouse convenient to me but it chose the business center which is not convenient. Finally reset it to home delivery but it was more work than normally necessary

I love Costco so much. But this is the absolute worst app for searching for anything. You can look for the exact item name or item number and get something completely unrelated. I don’t know how such a great company can have such a terrible app, but I would end up spending a lot more money online if I could ever find what I was looking for.

Easy and fast to use

As I live an hour and a half from a Costco store-it is convenient for me to be able to shop online and have my items delivered to my door.

Overall ok app, but a little bug ridden. Cake ordering does not work and no way to order deli platters, etc. Come on Costco, I know you want my money.

I simply prefer to use a password. The app is useless cause it keeps asking for a pass key. Finally gave up and just surf to the website. There has to be an easier way to view your account.

This app keeps getting worst after each updates. Constant logouts and looking at your order takes forever to load.. it’s like being in dialup internet. Product pages take forever to load what is going on with this app? Is Costco vibe coding the app?

App keeps crashing, had to start it over 4 times and then quit. Bug fix please and then I’ll change my review
