Won’t let me sign in. Glitchy.

App is fine to browse, convenient to look at reviews in store, and use the digital ID. I had to go in to the store to verify my account despite trying several other ways. Now I’m trying to renew my account and it can’t find my account even though I’m logged in. To be fair to the app I tried online also and it couldn’t find my account details. Consistent issue that highly devalues the app

I can use multiple devices with Amazon, Target, etc. etc. etc. Why can’t I do it with Costco? I understand that you want the card / QR code to only be accessible on one device, but what I don’t understand is why you won’t let me be logged into the app on multiple devices. I want to be able to use the app from my iPad and my old iPhone, in addition to my current iPhone. If you want only the primary device to be able to access the membership card QR code, fine, but don’t stop me from logging in to the account on other device devices.

I’m a customer of Costco and Sam’s. Costco app is really terrible. Cannot find in-store prices from the app. And they don’t have ‘Scan & Go’ option which is a big headache as we have to be in long lines. Moreover , cannot order food from the cafe while shopping. There a few machines in front of the cafe and you have to use them. I cannot believe why they still stuck with such a poor technology. Costco app is way behind Sam’s.

I think the app is heading in the right direction but I’m it’s so frustrating that I have to pay so much more if I order from the app than if I got myself to the store I understand shipping and handling but the doesn’t mean you have to up the price on everything we buy on the app they need to updated or have loca Cotsco update there list more frequently

I’m glad to have the app to pull up membership info, link my Costco credit card, and check in-warehouse availability for products but I don’t love that the app often doesn’t have pictures of items, it doesn’t provide isle numbers or sections for items (which they move products around a lot so it would be helpful), and that when you’re searching for an item on the app it won’t always bring up what you need unless you’re pretty specific, but you can’t be too specific because it also won’t show up.

Lots of good deals at great prices

Too many people here are reviewing the store instead of this app. This is one of the worst apps ever, with the little search "engine" that can't. The warehouse search feature is so bad it's beyond ridiculous, but now you can order a specialized cake from anywhere in the country. That's where they put their code development? Wtf.

The check section whenever I try to change address, it will need to re enter the card details again I don’t want enter my card details multiple times

UI/UX is bad in this app, and I should be able to put my membership card into Apple Wallet. Zero reason I can’t do that.

Rarely does the digital card work when trying to pay for merchandise or gas.

Moving to rural Alabama was quite the cultural shock coming from California, but what really bummed us out was no Costco nearby! We honestly drive over an hour just to shop here. As always the quality and prices are beyond exceptional. People try and mention Sam’s Club to me, and I always say the same, there’s no comparison. I’ll sacrifice gas and my time for the excellent products I’ve come to really enjoy. Thank you for continuing to provide stellar services!! Your loyal customer, Glenn.

It don’t let me long into the app, it keeps putting my location in the UK, it will not recognize my zip code. No matter how many times, I try it will not let access the app.

I used to be able to search items and add them to my list. I can’t seem to be able to do that anymore. I am a list shopper and like to see the prices and pictures on my list. Now it’s just cumbersome to have to type everything in. It would be nice if you could shop warehouse inventory and then add items to your list to make in-warehouse shopping more efficient.

Spent 2.5 hours to buy a costly online only item. Member over 10 years. No confirming email. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Please do better. 🙏

The Costco app had gotten pretty decent for a time, but the new updates have made this one of the worst apps for a major retailer. Links frequently fail to load or go to the wrong item repeatedly. Logging in or viewing orders fails frequently. It’s really astonishing the degree to which this app has continued to deteriorate over the last years.
