On the fourth tab at the bottom, Warehouse, when you’re changing warehouses you have to enter your location every time. Just show the nearby stores from the current warehouse so people don’t have to enter their location every time. Guess you’re data farming people.

Costco is an A+ business geared to the consumer with no exceptions. I buy with full confidence whether ordering online or warehouse shopping. It’s been true for well over a decade.

Very clean

When searched for oats the results bring up shoes along with oats..come on what kind of algorithm are you using in your search engine? Anything searched specifically does not bring up expected results. I had been waiting all these days it would be fixed in the updated versions but i think it reached my threshold today to write up this review!

Like the app, but it would be nice. If the items in our cart could be saved in case we have to log out or come back later.

What happened to the List in the members savings? Now when I add an item, I’m unable to even read it. Please fix this!

The best prices and quality merchandise

Entering the shipping addresses for multiple items on the same order was a little balky. Could probably use a tuneup.

I’m a huge Costco fan and supporter, but this app has some fundamental issues that make it challenging to shop. It’s clunky and slow same thing with the website. It prevents an easy and smooth checkout process, which may be the goal to get you to shop in store but either way I’d expect more from Costco at this day and age. Still feels like they’re behind the times on e-commerce.

I cant view anything. The pages reloads 3 times and then becomes a blank screen.

I find the UI crowded, just so many things going on in this app it needs to be sorted out better. Also lots of items missing and no idea of when an item will suddenly leave without any warning. Hard to understand what's I warehouse what's same day and what's 2 day when shipping sometimes then you end up with things untouched can't get together. It can be annoying and frustrating. They need to get a better ux team on this imo.

You should have an estimated time to put gad on your app

Tried five times to add a shipping address. App says it failed to add address. What garbage. Pathetic for a company of this size.

Tried ordering a keyboard for an iPad. Even though we searched for a specific keyboard it gave us an incompatible keyboard. Then shipped it to an old address even though it was changed in app to our new address. The app is completely unreliable. It will tell you items are in store when they are not.

I can’t get this app to do anything! I even deleted and reinstalled it to see if I needed an update. If a developer would like more info, let me know. Meanwhile, it’s off to Sam’s I go!

It takes HOURS for them to deliver. I am assuming that is, since I have received the item yet. And they seem to want to verify my personal history for membership verification purposes. And it always fails.
