I shouldn’t have to go to member services and transfer my account on the app!

1. I have an iPhone 16 Max Pro and fiber internet, but the app feels very slow. Things like slow transition from one screen to another, the UI changing multiple times while the photos load, etc. I’d like to see performance improvements. 2. I can’t check out with the in-app membership qr code. It results in the code “invalid-digital” 4/5 times. 3. Costco is great in so many ways. But I don’t get that feel in the app. It feels crowded, dated and difficult to scroll through. I wish they would make the UI feel modern and the streamline it. Frankly I’m surprised it has so many high ratings.

The app is horrible doesn’t show everything in every department especially the bakery and without any pricing this app is horrible when you are trying to buy for a 100 people pricing is everything unlike when I shop at Sam’s their APP shows you Availability and PRICING for every product they have without any guessing

Costco reviews are excellent and accurate

Continuously changes my delivery location and store. Slow to find previously purchased items. Splits my order into different orders to eliminate free delivery. The Sam’s Club app runs more smoothly and is easier to navigate.

I love Costco and have been a member for so long. The savings are great, but the app is awful to try and use. It is slow, laggy, doesn’t work correctly, and is just simply a pain to use. I love being able to do two day delivery, but I always dread having to actually go through the process because the app is such a hassle to use.

Cannot save item in list at all

since the latest update, can no longer save items to lists. it just sits there and buffers forever, completely locking the app, making it impossible to do anything else until i close it out, which means i have lost my place in my search results.

This app saved me when Costco’s website blew up on older iPadOS 16.7.14 (20H370) but now even with the latest OS the app is non-responsive to any search. So they aren’t regression testing and it’s a busted app

Idk how this app has a 4.9. It’s so glitchy all the time, and the overall flow of it is clunky

Costco app is not updated with current products and not as user friendly as sams club.

You can’t save items from your cart. Forget about trying to add something to a favorites list. Just freezes. Yes my app is fully updated. No it’s not connectivity issues, I’m on WiFi.
