I have been trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription and it just keeps giving me the runaround. I want my subscription canceled!

I’ve been a fan of the real world since forever- I’m so glad the early 2000s mtv shows are available so I can get nostalgic!

This is the only platform that I could find. What’s eating Gilbert’s grape for free best movie I’ve ever seen thank you, Paramount+.

This app is so frustrating. The lagging, the continuous pausing during live events or even shows. The video quality drops out and becomes very pixelated all the time. Every other time I use it, it randomly restarts the entire app. If I could give it no stars that would be a more honest review . The absolute worst streaming service on the market hands down.

Constant crashing and video jumping to the end of show ruining the endings

App often plays randomly without sound, or will just freeze up. Takes an eternity to just get back to the show you were watching for the same to happen five minutes later. Was watching a match replay, froze 3 times during the first 25 minutes. The next time I resume it’s placed me ten minutes further into the game and I’ve missed a goal - garbage.

The lag with this app reminds me of when streaming services first started. It takes forever to move to each show, then you get the wheel of death with each choice you make and if you are lucky it will actually play. It’s a gamble to see if it’s going to pop up an error or not you have to wait a minute to find out. I have a new TV and some of the best internet. Do not have any these issues with the other apps.

Every time there is a new episode of something, I have to reset my Apple TV multiple times before your app will acknowledge there’s a new episode. Please fix it.

Trying to cancel has been a nightmare, I try to go to the link it sends me to cancel then it loops me back to my viewing profile where it says I need to login online to cancel.

When streaming, if you close the app, and reopen it, the episodes of what you’re watching do not sync, and whatever episode was on the app will replay. If you do not keep the app open constantly while streaming, the programs get interrupted and reset to whatever was on the app. It has been like this for YEARS. I will not be renewing my subscription because of this.

This app is great I can Watch all my old shows without any problems…

Ads are longer than the portion you watch. What a joke.

App won’t load on iPad or tv only on computer

I can always watch my fav show and watch it with my fam or cousins

The ads are almost twice as loud as the show/movie is.

Apparently the no ads subscription still gives you ads. Along with that you cannot rewatch old fights like how it was on fight pass. Recently I wanted to revisit fights from 2026 and so far the only fight I can find is ufc 327. This is a huge issue and I believe that paramount was not ready to have a promotion like ufc on their platform. Next January i will not renew my subscription it's not worth it when i'm missing content and dealing with issues I clearly paid for. Finally, this whole app from the movie side to the live event side does not function correctly and has frustrating user interface. I truly believe that any other platform doesn't and wouldn't have these issues. Extremely frustrating especially including all the issues i've dealt with streaming ufc fights, live or not. I cannot watch movies without it freezing up or crashing very irritating forking out money to a company who has not made any improvements when the whole community recognizes these issues.
