Would not recommend. I am always careful putting my bag in and out, even when the driver falsely claims to be hearing impaired while singing along to music and completely disinterested in helping load the bags. Ride at your own risk! (Some where in their terms)

Superb driver! Knowledgeable of street and roads. Great communicator. Very clean automobile. Extremely helpful with waking aids; sent up and storage in his vehicle.

This is the second time I’ve experienced an overcharged fare. $20.69 to 6 minutes up the road.(1.7 mile drive) I’ve tried to apply to dispute but the Lyft app won’t let me finish the process. Never again will I use this service.

Accidentalmente en el telefono se envio una propina de$5 para un viaje de $5 y aunque les explique que dado a estos telefonos tactiles sucedio ese error, no resolvieron el problema y el tiempo que te hacen perder. Adicional a otros problemas con los viajes que te ofrecen una tarifa y luego de que te dejan esperando por 10 minutos te la cancelan y te ofrecen una tarifa aun mas alta. Pesimo servicio. Mejor utilizar UBER.
