I pay for my ride to arrive in the qouted time but it gets dispatched at a much later time than qouted for the same fare and that’s not fair

The pick up times it gives you are always shorter than how long the driver is actually away from picking you up. If it says 5 min wait expect to wait about 13-15min. And when you book ahead or choose to wait and save the driver comes earlier than expected. Other than that the app is pretty decent

I have taken rides with Lyft and Uber. I always find Lyft drivers to be more timely, courteous and less expensive than Uber. Also the Lyft app is much easier to navigate.

I am unable to book a ride. After deleting the ap and re-installing it asks me to check ny internet connection which has 5 bars. Help!

Not bad as my first experience . So I am by blessed with nice very friendly drivers.

So I always pick standard wait time. I have bad hips but Lyft is insisted on always sending big ram trucks. I hate blocking drivers so where on my profile can I select car or small suv only?

I found much easier to order, book and pay for than the existing Uber competitor and since I was a first timer, it was truly appreciated. Thank You very much , my driver, scheduling system snd even payment system.

I’ve only used Lyft for so many years. All my rides have been great!! I have a lot of rides from multiple states lyft is the only transportation I will use.
