In my area you have to have a car. I appreciate the low wait time and friendly drivers. At certain times of the day prices are unbearable, but this app offers discounts on rolling basis.

There is always a Lyft driver riding around in your area always there to you for no longer than 5 minutes wait time and the cars are always clean nice new cars and drivers are all very polite I would pick a Lyft over a taxi any day of the week it's the best thing they came up with since sliced bread I love Lyft very straight forward on price too you never have to worry about not having enough money for your ride thank you Lyft you have done me solid got me from point A to point B many times thank you

I have been using lift for several years. Probably 75 trips so far. In all my drives I have only encountered two issue regarding the driver & cost. At the an airport that was new to me, I did not arrive at the appointed area & was charged a fe. Another time the drive arrived (@0500) at my house for trip when I was to bring my cat (her first time).. I could not get her into the animal carrier (it was our first such trip).. I notified the dryer and he was very pleasant and said oh don’t worry I can wait. I have nothing else to do… I ended up leaving her in the house and getting my son-in-law to look in on her while I was. BUT …little did I know that the trip which would have normally cost me at that time $35 ended up being $98😵‍💫😳😔 …. Ouch!!!!

They cancel the trip when it’s about 7 minutes before they arrive 💀

What’s with all the extra fees. Why are you charging when I cancel something and a ride wasn’t even chosen for me yet. No driver and no ride chosen and the wait is too long so I change my mind and you have a fee for that? Am I being charged just for opening the app. Robbery

I’ve only used Lyft for so many years. All my rides have been great!! I have a lot of rides from multiple states lyft is the only transportation I will use.
