They cancel the trip when it’s about 7 minutes before they arrive 💀
What’s with all the extra fees. Why are you charging when I cancel something and a ride wasn’t even chosen for me yet. No driver and no ride chosen and the wait is too long so I change my mind and you have a fee for that? Am I being charged just for opening the app. Robbery
Excellent ride
I pay for my ride to arrive in the qouted time but it gets dispatched at a much later time than qouted for the same fare and that’s not fair

Lyfts customer service is so terrible and they are extremely rude. I also wish Lyft would take the prices down cause going 10-15 minutes and paying 40-50$ is terrible! I wish they would work on their communication style and the way they communicate with people and how we are able to reach them. It would be so much better to call them and speak to them without it being an emergency. I also wish they would take complaints way more seriously. Please have the Ceo reach out to me!

I was clearly at the location I requested to be picked up. The ride “so-called arrived” but I didn’t see it. The driver texted that he was “here”. I texted that I could see him, and clarified my position clear as a bell. He texted back “ok”but never showed up! Then I got a message that I was charged $25.00 for a missed ride! I’ll never use Lyft again and plan on getting the fee refunded. Don’t use Lyft!
My friend uses a wheelchair She said the driver was a lot of help, with helping her in the vehicle!
Seems to be better for consumers and drivers. Has an option for all financial situations and seems to be cheaper all around.

Extremely comfortable using Lyft rides through medical transportation drivers are extremely friendly good listeners and I’m very comfortable, listening and talking with the drivers and they’re extremely comfortable having a conversation with me my conversation as well💖💖💖💖💖
