Thanks Lyft for being a great service in America

Need to lower prices some 11 dollars for A 2 mile ride at 2;30 or 3 pm way to much

I love to use Lyft because it’s cheaper than Uber… until I get done with my ride, then my total is doubled and taken away from my account. I use to use Uber before Lyft, and Uber has never done this. I want my money back before the end of the week. Not after. Sometimes I have schedules that lead me to going to work for 6 days out of the week. That’s $90 a week to get to work alone. $180 because of “security,” and that’s all excluding tips. I get worried now to even tip because I won’t be able to afford anything by the time my check comes in the next week. Uber has not done this when I use to use their app. Lyft hadn’t either until 2026 came about. What’s up? This security thing just feels like a fraud.

I have been using Lyft for 6 years now and in the last ~4 months Lyft has become incredibly unreliable in finding drivers. I will book a Lyft and have the driver be _# of minutes away and halfway through waiting it will find me a new driver that is now even further away than the first driver. Even when booking a Lyft 30 minutes before I need to leave, I’m still showing up late to work and missing appointments with how unreliable Lyft has become

Drivers who “accept the ride” and then don’t arrive. Playing the game that the rider is going to cancel and get no refund, is almost impossible to report!!

there is no line to call about the unauthorized charge lyft made to my card, forcing me to go through my bank

Takes too long to get a driver. Not transparent where they are and how many their stops they might have. Resulted in 10+ min longer over the estimated arrival time

I’ve only used Lyft for so many years. All my rides have been great!! I have a lot of rides from multiple states lyft is the only transportation I will use.

Extremely comfortable using Lyft rides through medical transportation drivers are extremely friendly good listeners and I’m very comfortable, listening and talking with the drivers and they’re extremely comfortable having a conversation with me my conversation as well💖💖💖💖💖

Please bring back the ability to have more military base opportunities for people who don’t have cars

Seems to be better for consumers and drivers. Has an option for all financial situations and seems to be cheaper all around.
