This app is your one stop destination, tracking credit scores, why they changed, credit history, open CC or loans and balances. What lenders send in. Offers by credit cards, or Loans. Don’t listen to bank lenders bad mouth this app when it comes to anything credit. Give it a try.

Really helpful in times like this.

I like the app but Creditvana is better

This company keeps reporting wrong information and dropping my credit score unjustly.

You take to long getting things off

I had an account years ago and now that I try to recover the account it’s been a hassle. Somehow my account’s number is linked to my brother’s account and have tried many times but keep getting the unable to verify phone number. Don’t have any other lines. Have called support and I keep getting transferred to different departments. No one knows how to fix their own app.

I would give it a 0 if I could. It won’t let me look at my credit scores! It keeps forcing me to turbo tax and I already did my taxes. I cannot figure out how to cancel out and see my credit score information.

I am pleased with my banking with Credit Karma and appreciate my association and getting some useful information .

Do not use the CK credit builder. It’s impossible to close it and get your money back. There’s no number to call for help, and following the prompts only gets you so far.

You can rely on CK for good reporting and analysis.

Absolutely useless. Been using this app to track credit and save for a car. Said my credit was 785, decided it was time to buy a car. When I went in and they pulled my credit, came back as 691. Absolutely ridiculous that it was off by almost 100 points with no recent changes. Don’t trust this app!!!

This app is absolutely garbage it's insanely inaccurate I don't even know what the point of is I couldnt recommend this less of I could give it negative stars I would. There shouldn't be a 120 point difference in my score on this app then another how they even are able to be in business is beyond me waste of time and energy

You need a customer service number. I have no debt in my credit card never goes up yet. I know people who have weigh a lot of debt and they have a higher credit going to me and I get all these emails I can’t even talk to anybody about it so useless

Consistently miscategorizes transactions. I must correct them every week. The app never learns from past history. Words cannot express my disappointment at your scrapping of the excellent app “Mint” in favor of the much inferior “Credit Karma” Credit Karma was basically a tool for monitoring credit scores. It is not better as you seem to advertise, but rather much, much, much worse. The accounts are kept in a “Net Worth” section. The amounts are rounded and not exact. They are often out of date. You cannot see the transactions in each account separately so as to be able to reconcile your records. All the transactions are lumped together in a separate location in the app. Ridiculous!!! Mint was an excellent App. You have made my ability to track my finances infinitely more difficult by your decision to scrap “Mint” You should have scrapped “Credit Karma” and kept “Mint“ instead.

App used to be good to track credit but has been overtaken with credit card offers and Credit Karma is not a replacement for FICO scores.

Credit Karma suggested a vehicle refinance through a company called Autopay. Obviously the rates promoted are for excellent credit. With my credit score above 780 ones would think the advertised rate as mentioned. Wrong! They started with 2% higher that the suggest rate and gave horrible explanations when inquired further into. They started adding in síntomas coverage like GAP insurance and such. What a deceptive company and shame on Credit Karma for advertising them. Take heed when downloading this app. I thought it was good for consolidated data but their tools are trash. Save yourself the time go with a competitor!
