I used this to monitor my credit for 15 years post divorce credit to 837 credit score. I just followed the suggestions

The features on the App are really great and also easy to navigate.

Linked accounts dont work anymore. All it is now is basically another website for TurboTax, not worth installing

This app is a scam. They keep on telling me that I have taxes to file when I don’t have any. I’ve been on medical disability all my life and they keep on making threats to me stating if I don’t file taxes that they will come after me. Every time I leave a review on here, they automatically delete it that way other people don’t see it

Credit Karma provides all of your credit needs! Excellent information to utilize and stay on track.

I have had so many problems with this app.First they closed my account while I was receiving a direct deposit.They accepted the direct deposit after they closed the account. So I switched my direct deposit and now I can’t log in the account without access to my old phone number.They give you no option to update the new phone number in order to gain access to my account

Slow to change info. Not accurate info. Spam offers it seems.

It has all the tools you need to get no credit to building credit in no time. We appreciate it so far no doubt about it!! Credit Karma provided me options of credit cards that I may apply to with no harm to my credit score at all. the two times that apply for different credit cards that credit karma offered It always hits my credit score.

The app is ok overall. Being free to use, I did not expect much so it is still kind of worth having but has gone down hill lately. It had never had accurate categorization of transactions on linked accounts, so that feature has always been useless. Lately though it spams me more and more with irrelevant and annoying notifications, even inaccurate ones. The latest issue is that now one of my linked accounts, which has always required stupidly frequent relinking cannot be unlinked or refreshed. There is no interface at all to do it. The account does not even show up on my linked accounts page under my profile, it just appears in my dashboard accounts page as out of date for almost a month. That happened once before, but in that case, the account was still listed under linked accounts under my profile, and there was an option to unlink it. I even checked the help options and there are no articles addressing that. Might have to stop using this app soon.
