I love Credit Karma, so easy to use, helps me save a little money, great suggestions. They are here to honestly help the consumers. I love I can do my taxes here also, so helpful and easy to do. Thank you Credit Karma!!!

This app is a scam. They keep on telling me that I have taxes to file when I don’t have any. I’ve been on medical disability all my life and they keep on making threats to me stating if I don’t file taxes that they will come after me. Every time I leave a review on here, they automatically delete it that way other people don’t see it

The app is ok overall. Being free to use, I did not expect much so it is still kind of worth having but has gone down hill lately. It had never had accurate categorization of transactions on linked accounts, so that feature has always been useless. Lately though it spams me more and more with irrelevant and annoying notifications, even inaccurate ones. The latest issue is that now one of my linked accounts, which has always required stupidly frequent relinking cannot be unlinked or refreshed. There is no interface at all to do it. The account does not even show up on my linked accounts page under my profile, it just appears in my dashboard accounts page as out of date for almost a month. That happened once before, but in that case, the account was still listed under linked accounts under my profile, and there was an option to unlink it. I even checked the help options and there are no articles addressing that. Might have to stop using this app soon.

Amazing app, easy to use and very helpful

Poor inaccurate information and score rating not consistent across the board. I had lower scores with debt paid down. I’ve compared with friends and family. Very inconsistent.

Consistently miscategorizes transactions. I must correct them every week. The app never learns from past history. Words cannot express my disappointment at your scrapping of the excellent app “Mint” in favor of the much inferior “Credit Karma” Credit Karma was basically a tool for monitoring credit scores. It is not better as you seem to advertise, but rather much, much, much worse. The accounts are kept in a “Net Worth” section. The amounts are rounded and not exact. They are often out of date. You cannot see the transactions in each account separately so as to be able to reconcile your records. All the transactions are lumped together in a separate location in the app. Ridiculous!!! Mint was an excellent App. You have made my ability to track my finances infinitely more difficult by your decision to scrap “Mint” You should have scrapped “Credit Karma” and kept “Mint“ instead.

This app is absolutely garbage it's insanely inaccurate I don't even know what the point of is I couldnt recommend this less of I could give it negative stars I would. There shouldn't be a 120 point difference in my score on this app then another how they even are able to be in business is beyond me waste of time and energy

You need a customer service number. I have no debt in my credit card never goes up yet. I know people who have weigh a lot of debt and they have a higher credit going to me and I get all these emails I can’t even talk to anybody about it so useless

App used to be good to track credit but has been overtaken with credit card offers and Credit Karma is not a replacement for FICO scores.

Absolutely useless. Been using this app to track credit and save for a car. Said my credit was 785, decided it was time to buy a car. When I went in and they pulled my credit, came back as 691. Absolutely ridiculous that it was off by almost 100 points with no recent changes. Don’t trust this app!!!

You can rely on CK for good reporting and analysis.

I am pleased with my banking with Credit Karma and appreciate my association and getting some useful information .

Do not use the CK credit builder. It’s impossible to close it and get your money back. There’s no number to call for help, and following the prompts only gets you so far.
