Even with ALL my in app notification settings turned off, I still receive notifications?????? This makes zero sense and needs fixing ASAP

I love this free app. I’m able to keep track of my credit and any changes to my accounts.

Can’t log in. Please check your url. Separately, no dark mode. Hurts my eyes. Too stubborn to implement it for both iOS and Android

Stop with all the invasive questions and just show me my score. What happened? You broke it.

The credit scores you state on the app do Not match the FICO scores that lenders use. This is very frustrating!

I finally decided to setup an auto deposit with my spend account on Credit Karma. The app made it easy to select that option. You can even select how often and how much. But now I want to stop the auto deposit and there is no visible way or option to turn this feature off. You can only stop the upcoming auto deposit but it still takes from your external account again the next date. I have tried to google this problem and all I find is that “I” have to call my bank to stop the drafts. The Credit Karma also states you can stop this feature in the settings in the app but that is not true. I have searched and looked all over this app and cannot find a prompt to stop the Auto deposits. It was super easy to setup but super hard to stop. I even disconnected Credit Karma from my shared info with my bank but the drafts still come out. You cannot even remove your bank account information from the Credit Karma app. This seems illegal that there is no clear way to stop an auto deposit feature in the app with clear instructions on being able to disable it. I have reached out to Credit Karma but no response. This needs to be looked into as I’m not the only one who is having this problem.

This company keeps reporting wrong information and dropping my credit score unjustly.

So I had lost my phone and ended up getting a new one and this has been happening for 2 weeks straight I put my email and password then I go to change number cuz I no longer had the number that aaa on my account and here’s the first issue I put my new number in an it says invalid pls put in a real number while the number I put in is my number to my new phone and even then when I get past that part and get the code and put the code in it instantly tells me to contact support when I’m doing everything correctly I just don’t understand the issue

Since app update won’t connect to navy federal and empower retirement balance says 0 even it reads the right amount on linking.

It never updates my app I pay off credit cards and it takes over two months for them to update it and says that they’re still not paid off but they are. And I lose points for lowering the balance and I never get increases for anything that I do the right way. Totally would not recommend this app to anyone.

It will give all the credit agencies trying to find you your latest phone number after you confirm the app. It will send your address that you put in and that phone number and you will start getting collection calls again very sneaky.
