Intuit Credit Karma

Tried signing in to an existing account, got a message saying I couldn’t sign in, and gave me a completely sketchy email address as the registered account. Hours on the website text, hours on the phone, just trying to get confirmation the account was suspended and permanently disabled. I was given bad phone numbers for support, they refused to email me, would not provide me an email to reach out to, and had to ask the support personal to spell out a few words they were saying becuase I absolutely could not understand them. Zero stars, absolutely pitiful.

Even with ALL my in app notification settings turned off, I still receive notifications?????? This makes zero sense and needs fixing ASAP

CK doesn’t provide accurate information regarding credit scores. I checked with the credit bureau and my score is total different from what you are describing. Also, items on my report that should not be there are still there even things from 2025. Credit Karma needs to update my report and show me my accurate credit score and report!!!😡😡😡

I looked at the dispute information and it was not there so I couldn’t dispute it the Walgreen card so I looked at my score points and it went down one and I went to dispute it, but the information had it to the point I couldn’t dispute it and didn’t make any sense

Absolutely great app to use very easy very smooth and very useful

I love this app. It works great however it keeps pushing notifications three times a day telling me to update my location so you can track my driving. The notifications have gotten so irritating that I’ve disabled them and I’m about to uninstall the app.

I don’t have the cards that you have on file. I don’t owe $19 for the cards that I don’t have and never applied for them. Indigo and the one attached to it. This is fraud

I want to check my score and I have to fumble through a bunch of unwanted tax prep screens. I came very close to deleting the app.
