Depop - Buy & Sell Clothes

it was going good i was getting a lot of views on my post and then i get banned you want to know why i asked for other payments BECAUSE DEPOP WONT FIX MY SHIPPING AND IVE LOST OVER 200$ don’t try to get a hold of them because it’s not happening

i want to sell clothes, but i don't want to use the AI feature, plus it's not even accurate. and when i look for clothes and turn on the filter for "my sizes" it just shows things that aren't my sizes anyways. what's the point

its good. i normally dont know where to shop for clothes and i just search up what i want and boom its right there. plus its cheap. def recommend

I was sent fake Air Force’s and a hoodie that wasn’t the one I ordered I was refunded my money on the hoodie but not the shoes

The app is great for selling and buying but be aware of people scamming

The algorithm is really good but by the time you reach checkout the total skyrockets. They also need and iPad layout the screen stays the same as on a phone, the ui needs work

Low seller fees are the only real positivite of this platform compared to its competitors - the offer system where buyers can submit offers without payment is ridiculous and results in tons of “window shoppers” Also the payment system is by far the worst of any platform I’ve ever used. No cashout and the money doesn’t reach your Depop balance when they say it will. Even when it does, it takes longer than all the competitor platforms to actually reach your account The interface is okay

Nice app, but waste of sellers time. Multiple offers and anytime you accept the offer the buyer almost never pays. Depop needs to change the policy so that payment automatically goes through when the seller accepts the offer like Mercari

No items of mine were pushed at all, absolutely no luck on this app. Very difficult to push products and I am very disappointed

The app is amazing easy to use, amazing clothing for amazing prices! But there’s one problem, with those amazing prices comes great shipping fee + taxes. I love the app don’t get me wrong but a $4 shirt and a $3 shorts are $20 when i checkout 😭

Love depop but where is my following feed 😭 im literally missing out on such good pieces because i have to manually view my following to view their page. PLEASE fix this it’s been a year!!!

I’ve been buying and selling on the app for a few months now. On both ends the experience would be better with lower shipping costs.

THE GREED OF THIS CORPORATION IS SICKENING!!! As if selling on this app wasn’t hard enough with the constant changing of shipping fees but now that eBay swallowed this company it seems like their goal is to push this app further down into the hole it got itself into in the first place. Boost fees from 8% to 12% is sickening. The fact there’s a tracker encouraging you to upload 50 things to unlock a “top seller” perk is ridiculous and unrealistic. I thought this app was just a cool place to resell your clothes. Now it’s becoming a capitalistic nightmare. People going to thrift stores and ruining my shopping experience because all they’re doing is looking for stuff to resale. They buy up half the store to then go home and resell for insane prices. I can’t even get a single sale with the few items I have up probably because this app caters to the people posting like 100 things a month. This app has become a capitalistic nightmare. Also to add, this app has A LOT of scammers. Their support is essentially stupid and sides with the scammer 80% of the time. Instead of adding these insane, unrealistic, and useless features, fix the other issues with the platform. There’s a lot. But as of right now and the past year I cannot express enough how caution must be used if your a seller on this app. They are not for the majority of us and they do not care. It’s all about how Depop profits. Do not recommend this app at all period. 4/3/26 None of these people on here know how to ship and you can’t even cancel your order. Depop makes you wait 9-10 days if they haven’t shipped to get a refund. This gives me ZERO confidence as a buyer. Last month I bought 20 items almost and at least 10 of them were refunded due to people not shipping. It’s really pathetic.

I have used depop a lot this past year to pass on my clothes to another and never had any problems. However, on March 23rd I received a notification that I had made a sale. At 1:33 PM on 03/23/2026, I took the package to my local post office. The woman scanned my package, it accepted it, and she gave me my receipt. Throughout these past 8ish days, I had repeatedly checked the status of the package, and it wasn’t updating. I tried to contact depop multiple times, but they kept dismissing me. I went to my local post office to clear this up, and they could not locate the package, but they could pull up proof of the receipt, stating that I was there 03/23/2026 at 1:33PM. I trusted depop to provide a , safe, efficient, and reliable platform for sellers and buyers connect, but now I see how little the depop company values their sellers. I received an update today, for the first time, that the package could not be delivered due to animal interference. I have proof of this as well. That was a never worn, $50 Princess Polly dress. I wanted to be kind, so I listed it for $10, and now I have lost my DRESS and PAYMENT. This has been such a disappointing week. I don’t recommend depop to anyone.

I love this app but at the same time most sellers do NOT bring whatever u order it is mostly a scam but it does in fact refund u days later I wish it was earlier
